Perfect place to get away from big cities, and have a good time
We were there with two adults, an adult daughter, and with an adult Golden Retriever:)
Nice place, very friendly personnel, good food (as usual in Hungary, if you chose to order a la carte, one meal is enough for two - but the buffet dinner is absolutely fine as well).
The rooms are clean - and made of very high quality materials and well designed.
The wellness place is small but really good, the sauna is hot as needed, the massage was perfest. (one suggestion, I would change the Finnish sauna door knob to a wooden one, the metal one is hot..:) The gym is well equipped but I have not seen anyone to use - which makes sense, it is better to walk outside in the forest then to be in the gym:)
Very kid friendly and pet friendly as well.
Very hard to find anything negative - maybe the pool table and the cues need some repair...:))
And good starting pont to go for excursions be it winter or summer.

Title
Does not worth of 4 stars. Speaking of its wellness facilities towels are not given for sauna and did not being changed. From 4 different kind of saunas only one was working or sometimes two although it has a huge finn sauna and a small one ,there is a steam cabin and a infra sauna. The rooms are like back to good old 70's feeling. There is no elevator in the hotel the minibar in the room went wrong. Dishes are fine

Family Type Hotel
Stayed here for 4 days while hunting in the area. Rooms were OK with beds that were extremely hard. We stayed on the top floor but the hotel does not have elevators which means lugging your bags up and down the stairs. The restaurant located on site was OK obviously with Hungarian type of dishes. In that it was holiday time in Hungary, there were a number of families with children that were louder and sometimes almost out of control. There was a buffet offered in the morning. The service at the hotel and restaurant was OK. All in all a pleasant stay.

Small lovely hotel for families
In the hearth of Bakony, lies this small hotel with 20-22 rooms. Free parking and free & consistent WiFi available.
For kids they have playground outside and play corner inside, also one in the restaurant so you can eat while kids are playing. :-)
Wellness is big quite sizable comparing to number of rooms. 1 jacuzzi, 1 small pool for kids and 1 pool with size of 5x10m. Sauna, gym also exists.
Food is not special but good enough, staff is polite and friendly.
Rooms and bathrooms have a reasonable size and clean enough.
Will come back for sure, we enjoyed our stay with kids.
