One night stay with dinner

Longfrie is a gem,
Longfrie Inn, Is was charming, very clean, great food ,Comfy bed, Very welcoming, with good friendly service from the staff. Could not fault Longfrie Inn. We will return and recommend it to others.

Fantastic stay
We stayed at the Longfrie Inn whilst visiting family. Can't fault it at all. Lovely and clean, everything you needed from toiletries to ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Beverages basket topped up each day. Breakfast was a great selection, we ate evening meal twice again great selection and all homemade. Wish we had booked an extra 2 nights. We stayed four nights.

Happy days in Guernsey
We stayed from 2/10/23 - 6/10/23 and couldn't fault anything about Longfrie Inn. From the clean and comfortable room with plenty of coffee ,hot chocolate , tea and biscuits fully replenished every day . To the very nice en suit where the shower gel , shampoo etc including a comb, tooth brush and tooth paste was also replenished every day. The breakfast menu was excellent - from cereal with fresh berries to the full English all served with good coffee you could have anything you want and all served with a smile from the lovely waiters. We decided to eat in the Hotel on three nights and once again there was a good varied menu. Our only disappointment was that we had only booked four night and would like to have stayed longer. Compliments to the resident owners and all the lovely staff.

The Longfrie's food, just excellent.
Having a room in the pub we decided to eat in the restaurant, not for the first time though.
A busy Saturday evening service was underway when we strode into the restaurant, we decided to have an apperitif at the bar prior to taking our seats, and duly at our reserved time we were colleced to take our seats at table.
The menu is not large as everything is cooked fresh,
Crab abd prawn cocktail to start.............excellent and large for a starter.
followed by Padthai with chicken for the lady of the house which she couldnt finish and which was excellent. I had the house burger with chillis as a side, perfectly cooked and delicious and I'm not a big fan of burgers.
A nice bottle of Provence Rose to accompany the meal not the cheapest by far but ofgood quality.
A short wait between starter and main but that was appreciated.
Overall 10/10
