The true paradise in the greenery

We were welcomed in a super friendly manner and spent 3 nights in the green paradise.
Orquigonia is right next door and easily reachable on foot. Otto gave us numerous tips on-site and for our further trip through Guatemala. In addition, he organized the shuttle for our onward journey.
It is possible to have breakfast or enjoy dinner at the accommodation, which was super delicious.
The experience was truly indescribably beautiful. It is possible to listen to the birds, enjoy the sunset with a fantastic view, and the hosts are friendly, helpful, and very accommodating.
It was the highlight of our trip and we are very grateful to have found this gem.
I recommend staying at Paraiso Verde to all nature lovers or those seeking peace and quiet.

A break in nature

A homely break in the middle of nature, away from the city. Well worth a small detour, good jumping off point to Biotopo del Quetzal and Semuc Champay, and a breath of air and green. Very friendly family as well, who are ready to help you with anything. We just relaxed here for a couple of days, before diving back into the tourist track.

feels like home, on nature

This was my favorite accomodation during my 10 days trip in Guatemala, Otto and his dad were amazing hosts (the best ever) they treat me super nice, like family. the place is big and cozy, they design and built this cabin. they have a big piece of land where they grow somo veggies, and also orchids, so many! the dad walk with me showing me around, I never seen so many orchids on my life (all different kinds), the house is full of details, the kitchen! they truly want to take care of the enviroment. It was a great experience

Comodidad en medio de la naturaleza

Si están en búsqueda de tranquilidad en medio de la naturaleza, este lugar sin duda es una buena opción. Cabañas bastante amplias y limpias. Si eres amante del avistamiento de aves este lugar es ideal, además en el lugar se pueden apreciar diferentes variedades de orquídeas.Lo recomiendo al 100 .

Uno de los lugares mas increíbles de Alta Verapaz

Un lugar increíble con mucha paz en el departamento de Alta Verapaz al norte de Guatemala, con mucha armonía rodeado de una exuberante naturaleza, puedes descansar rodeado de un bosque nuboso y orquídeas de diferentes especies
