The pool and caves are amazing. Dinner by the poolside at night was an excellent experience. Want to come back for vacation.

I love Hyatt Regency Guam!

Hyatt Regency Guam is the epitome of excellence in customer service! A few of the excellent reps that stood out were Laura, Xy, Kale (pronounced Cal) and Jun! Hyatt Regency Guam sets the standard for lodging in Guam!

Maybe our expectation was too high.

Room was a big enough to accommodate the whole family of 5.
View from the balcony was awesome!!! Looking over the pool and the beach.
The Deli cafe offered very reasonable priced food and very delicious cakes. We tried few cakes and they were all very good.
There was no cleaning service with the two nights stay and no towels replaced. No water in the room, we were provided the water bottle to fill at water server station in the various floors.
Toilet did not flush well and it was very noisy filling up the toilet.
We requested the extra bed for my 13 years old, but the bed was so uncomfortable even my daughter could not sleep on. so, she ended up squeezing into our bed. Do not recommend the extra bed.

The Best Hotel Experience in Guam!

I love this hotel! It has the best breakfast buffet I have ever experienced in any Hyatt hotel, which also includes delicious cappuccino!

Not a Hyatt experience

It was a rough start. We paid for a Suite to ensure high level quality and service. However the room had issues. Large safe could not be opened. A small replacement was brought ( which was not bolted down..,so what’s the purpose??) also they simply moved our suitcases ( when we were out) and clothes to set the small safe. Ridiculous. Next a light in the ceiling would not turn off so maintenance had taped paper over the light !!! Which didn’t block the light well so sleep was not good on day 1. Finally I was able to fix the switch on day 2 .. again ridiculous. 1 balcony door had a broken lock. Refrigerator wasn’t cold and very small. No microwave and an espresso machine that was terrible. Just supply a hot water pot . Again I paid for a higher level Suite hoping for higher quality.
