Far, they don't care about anything regarding your stay....
The room is 12sqm, much smaller than the 20sqm I paid for.
Full write-off from the department.
They told us check-in at 2:00 PM because they were cleaning...
We found moldy food in the fridge, photo.
The balcony door wouldn't lock, so anyone could steal from us.
The toilet seat is problematic.

Extremely unacceptable
The hotel is extremely unacceptable.. we had a big problem with the air conditioning.. there was a night we couldn't sleep because of the heat.. there was also a constant problem with the toilet.. the food was awful and there were too many flies eating the cold cuts and whatever else was at the buffet.. we didn't touch anything.. they asked us to pay the amount first when we got to the room.. the staff was indifferent to all of this.. there was no manager.. they really ruined our vacation..

We stayed at this hotel in August 2026.
Terrible experience,
Small room, they don't know what cleaning means, dirty curtains, dust and cobwebs are part of the decor.
By chance I discover that one of the two pillows had a blood stain that was quite old.
Dilapidated windowless bathroom and lacking a fan.
"International" breakfast that only has savory items as international, apart from two cakes in total, when you were in time to still find them.
Lunch and dinner: by intuition, you have to guess what food it is, the only clear thing, the flies that flutter freely over the food.
Unfriendly staff.
Another gruesome scene, at the end of meals, seeing all the staff come out of the kitchen eating what is left over from the buffet.
Nice pool, poorly maintained.
Wi-Fi very weak, absent most of the time.
Convenient location for reaching the various attractions, a car is necessary.
If you intend to take a vacation in Zakynthos, I strongly advise against it.

Tragic hotel, it ruined our summer vacation.
Dirty rooms, the closets smell of mold, you can't even put clothes in, let alone suitcases.
Broken bathroom door, limescale faucet, limescale shower, and sink. Universally clean, old lights, faded ceilings.

You enter the room and it smells very much, not wanting to stay there for a minute.
Terrible food in a filthy place, full of flies and mosquitoes.

Unacceptable for the amount of money we paid, it's not even worth you coming for free.
Mentioning the room's problems, the manager tried to save the situation by moving us to different rooms, while we had booked a family room, we were found separated.
And the new rooms are almost in a tragic state.
Their attack... we are not 5-star, you didn't read the reviews before coming... but something like that

Disappointing experience
A truly disappointing experience with this hotel. To begin with, I strongly advise against eating meals at the hotel despite the all-inclusive, as the buffet was totally neglected (there were bees in the morning nibbling on the ham that we were supposed to eat) and the food was of poor quality. Furthermore, the staff was always impolite and, in certain cases, even indifferent to the guests' needs. In fact, alas, we happened to ask multiple times during our stay for a hairdryer, as the room was not equipped with one (despite it being written on Booking that the hairdryer was included), but to every request of ours, they replied that they would provide it the next day: the hairdryer was never provided.
Finally, a few days it happened that the towels were not changed even though we had left them on the floor.
Highly unrecommended. It does not deserve 3 stars
