Cozy little hotel with lovely host

We stayed at the end of August 2022 for 12 days at Villa Anesis and WE LOVED IT!!
The Villa is perfecly situated:
only a short walk to the ferry and town center, many restaurants only a few steps away, but yet very quiet!
Lia, the host, made us feel very welcome from the beginning, was helpful with information and many other things.
The rooms are cozy and bathrooms are new, the beds are very comfortable. Most rooms have a nice little balcony. We would definetely recommend Villa Spetses and will come back when in Spetses.

Very quiet hotel in the center!

This hotel is located in a very quiet part of the center of Spetses, no through traffic at all. Very friendly lady who takes excellent care of her guests! The bathroom was excellent and newly refurbished, shower was brilliant!! The room was on the small side, but it was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was fine, though the same selection every day, but may be with more guests she could vary a bit more. In all, an excellent experience in this place! Certain recommendation!!!

A weekend in spetses

A,lovely weekend june 16-17. Excellent location impeccable service. Cozy rooms. A very warm hostess who did her best to be of service... very pleased and will go back hopefully before long!

nice house

It is like a big house with rooms. Clean, tidy and friendly. They will help you with everything. The only issue is the noise from inside the house, if somebody is talking downstairs (might happen) and if you want to sleep during the morning-day. But, don't think about it, book it if it looks like something fits you

VERY NICE SOLUTION

An excellent solution to live in Spetse. Close to Harbour -500 metres - and just above the down town, Villa Anesis is a perfect hotel where you can spend your holidays. Comfortable rooms, very clean, with a tipical greek breakfast, Villa Anesis is not expensive and it will give you the sensation to stay at own home. The owner is delicious and very polite. Follow its suggestion.
