Some problems to be fixed

Sadly our experience was bad too. The price now is 120 euro per night and we were expecting to be able to cook but V angeli made the stay around the barbecue so unpleasant that we had to spare a lot of money going to restaurants all the time. He was giving us rule after rule till finally we had to write them down. He obviously doesn't want the kids to step in the grass. We made the mistake to go there with another family and finally we had to whisper if we didn't want to have problems again. The beach was clean and he was taking care of that. But the rest of the time he was sitting on a chair, smoking and watching us making remarks. Finally we wanted to buy olive oil from them but he said: " Go to the shop" without even looking at us. I guess he is already tired of tourists but I waited this holiday for a long time and didn't want it to be ruined like that. I remained with the impression that his wife was quite worried of his behaviour but it is hard to change something like that.
Otherwise the rooms were good only there was nowhere on the wall to put the shower and had to keep it in hand all the time. But these small things are not problem for us. We just needed relaxed atmosphere. I guess they will cope with all that and everybody will be happy.

I don't recommend

Unfortunately, for us it was not a good experience/accommodation. We paid 95 euros/night for the fact that the guesthouse is on the beach, but the beach was extremely dirty, full of algae that the owner did not even clean when we asked him to. Practically, every day we had to go somewhere else, because you couldn't sit on the beach in front of the accommodation. The owner, Vangelis, was permanently drunk and more than once shouted at the children who were playing in the yard, for no reason other than that it bothered him that they were playing. This while he was sitting drinking and smoking right under our balcony. We, the adults, were also apostrophized for using the air conditioning (it was very hot, you couldn't stay without turning it on at least a little) and for lighting a light bulb on the terrace in the evening. I understood from friends who were there in other years that it was different in the past. Probably the owner has grown old, has some problems and is no longer in the mood for tourists. And the price he asks in these conditions is unjustified... I don't recommend it!
PS: home appliaances in the bathroom very old and looking bad...
