Simply the best

The location, the room, the friendly staff and the fabulous breakfast; it was a fantastic two nights stay.
Maria was super friendly who helped with everything during our stay: eυχαριστώ!
And have I mentioned the view from the private hot tub? This place is a must if you want to relax and enjoy your time in Santorini.

Very nice intimate hotel

Very nice experience in this small hotel very welcoming with very nice rooms.
Maria's welcome was very friendly and warm. We fell during the Easter period and Maria explained the traditions, the outing to do on this occasion and we even participated in the red egg tradition.
Lunch was tailor-made and very well stocked.
Thank you very much and I highly recommend this hotel well placed to visit the island.

You Get Your money’s worth per say. In my country, this room would cost 600+ € per night.

They saved our trip to Santorini

This hotel saved us from being stranded in the middle of the night by Airbnb in Santorini. After our flights being delayed we ended up arriving in Santorini at midnight, much later than we were supposed to arrive, which apparently made it impossible to check into the Painters House Airbnb at Santorini (but this isn't about that horrible experience), it's about the Emerald Collection Suites, who came to rescue late that night. We called them right before boarding our last flight from Athens to Santorini, 40 minutes before arrival, they agreed to leave us keys at the front desk so we could check in upon arrival. After a very stressful 2 days of traveling, we finally got some much needed respite at Emerald. We also woke up to an amazing breakfast spread served to us on their outdoor patio by the pool. It was just what we needed to get into vacation mode. Hoping to still check in to our Airbnb that next day, we found out the hosts cancelled our reservation for fear of bad reviews. So again we were left stranded by Airbnb and the Painters House. Maria at Emerald was quick to offer us some room options at the hotel, we ended up getting 2 rooms with them, one was a top floor with an outdoor hot tub and one on the 1st floor with an indoor hot tub. I have to say, it was the best thing that could have happened to us!!! Maria is just amazing, you would think she's the owner, with how much she cares about your experience. She sent us to the best restaurants, arranged bouquet of flowers for us to gift, anything we needed, she took care of it..and did I mention the breakfast??? It's sooo good! I loved that the location was so near Fira, but without the hoard of Cruise ship tourists everywhere, so it felt more authentic. They also have free parking, which was great. I'm quite the boujee traveler and this place, while simple, it was still elegant and made you feel like royalty! We loved every minute of it!!!
