Hotel is outdated, food is bad

We have been to this hotel early Oct. We had read the reviews as we often do. We often read that the food was bad and not hot, that the hotel was outdated. Most of the time, that wasn't so bad. Well, not this time. T is very outdated. Our room was good though.
The food was very bad. T was lukewarm or cold, no variation and little choice. To grab the food is very awkwardly arranged. You're in each other's way. When t was almost on what was t refilled and even that was cold.
T breakfast was pretty okay.
We have never been out to dinner so often on an all inclusive holiday as now.
The staff are very friendly and work hard

Lovely experience.

We have just arrived home from a week stopping at this hotel and I can honestly say we had a brilliant time. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and had everything you could need. The staff are all so lovely and helpful. The food was very good and tasty. 2 minutes from a lovely beach and 15 minutes from the beautiful old town. Perfect x

Holidays at Lefkoniko Bay 3* in May-June 2025,

Lefkoniko Bay& Beach 3* hotel chain I have relaxed 9 times. Coming here as if it were familiar to my home. She mainly booked the Lefkoniko Bay Hotel 3* . The reception of Lefkoniko Bay 3* is located at Lefkoniko Beach Hotel.
The hotel is calm, there is no traffic like in Lefkoniko Beach.
I arrived at the hotel on May 24 at 7.25am. I was sent straight to breakfast, and an hour later they gave me the room keys. I was vacationing alone, so I got a Studio for singl suite on the third floor. When booking the hotel, I asked that I get a room not on the 1st floor, that it be a non-smoking room, as I am allergic, and preferably the bathroom has a bath, not a shower. All the wishes were fulfilled. The surprise for me was that the room was overlooking the sea (there was no surcharge). As a regular customer in the room was a compliment from a fruit plate hotel.
The room had two single beds connected together and one freestanding (i.e. this room can be safely occupied by 3 people), bedside tables, wardrobe, mirror, table, plasma with one dew channel out of 12 possible, kitchen corner with facilities for those wishing to prepare something themselves, fridge, coffee machine, telephone, air conditioning. She asked me to get an electric kettle in my room, it was half an hour later. There are several hangers in the closet, a safe (I didn't use it and nothing is missing.), 3 warm blankets. Sanitation knot ordinary-sink, mirror, hairdryer, bath, toilet, trash can, foot mat, one towel bath and one face (I rested alone, so I allocated an appropriate number of towels). All equipment is in good working order. Hot and cold water around the clock. Of the bath amenities on the sink were 1 soap, shower gel and shampoo, which were constantly replenished. On the balcony is a table with chairs, a dryer for things (very big plus, since not all 4* hotels have a dryer for things).
Wi-FI is everywhere in the lobby and in the rooms. Catches well, so you can work, not just sit on the Internet.
The restaurant is located at Lefkoniko Beach Hotel. When I was on holiday at the hotel for the first time, I had an All inclusive type of meal, but since I went on excursions very often, the next times I only took breakfast and dinner. Breakfasts are standard-cuts of sausages, cheeses, several kinds of egg dishes, salads, yogurt, tea, coffee, cakes, croissants, muffins, muesli, different jams, buns, etc. In a word, there is something to choose from. Lunches and dinners are also a sin to complain about. There were days of Greek cuisine, Italian cuisine. If any of the dishes ran out, a new one was brought in within 1-2 minutes. Fruits at this time included oranges, apples, more than once ate watermelons, melons (very sweet and delicious). If you have a type of meal breakfast and dinner, you can buy lunch on the day you want to have lunch. Payment in the restaurant-10 euros per person. There are many taverns near the hotel where you can eat, and the shop "Chalkiadakis" is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. You can buy groceries there and cook in your room. If you need a lunch package, you must contact the reception before 8 p.m., and then you can get it at the time you specify. I did that before I flew back home. At 7:00 a.m., I was given breakfast (boiled egg, cheese, sausage, bread, tomatoes, pickles, muffin, tea) and a lunch bag, which I had already taken with me on the road.
The beach. It's across the street from the hotel. The beach is sandy, small. Sunbeds and umbrellas for a surcharge, but I didn't use them. There was enough room, apparently, because it was the beginning of the season. The entrance to the sea is smooth, the sand shallow. Never met a hedgehog. I went in barefoot, no shoes. The water was warm, +20+22, in the air was +32+35. I couldn't lie on the beach during the day-- it was too hot for me. After lunch, she would arrive at 5 p.m. and sunbathe until 8 p.m. (she had time for dinner, and there was enough food at that time). There are 2 swimming pools on the property, clean, well maintained, they didn't smell of chlorine, but I didn't use them.
The room was cleaned daily. Towels changed 3 times a week, bed linen 2 times a week. I was happy with the quality of the cleaning.
Animation. Every evening, the hotel hosted some activities for both adults and children (including a Greek evening).
In general I want to note the responsiveness of hotel staff-respond to any request. I had a casus-i from Chisinau ordered cosmetics from the Greek website to the address of the hotel where I will rest. When I arrived, I was handed a package. When I unpacked it in my room, I saw that the contents of the package were completely different from what I had ordered, and inside the box was a bill of lading for another addressee, even though the box itself had my name and hotel address on it. So I asked them to drop by the front desk and leave it there until the senders picked it up, which they did.
That's probably all I can tell you about this hotel. Do I recommend it? Yes, but please note that the 3* Hotel does not have to expect service as 5*. By the way, this year the tourist fee per night in hotels 3* is 5 euros per night (last year it was 3 euros). Tour.fee is charged per room, not per person.

Holiday in Ritimno

The hotel located close to sea side and it is very comfortable to reach the beach. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff of the hotel are helpfull, nice, making feel you comfortable. The breakfasts and dinners were nice, the food is good. There are a lot of restaurants, clubs, shops around, not so far away from old city of Ritimno, great location.
