A hotel built probably in the early 1960s-1970s close to the center of Pyrgos town with great eateries accessible on foot. We had no issue find a parking on the surrounding streets. The hotel is not modern or contemporary, the room was tiny, and very plain. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast impressive. By far nothing luxurious or spectatcular but also nothing was really missing on our stay.

Shame.

First to mention that the hotel is in very good location. Mr. Spyros was polite, unlike another gentleman, who was upset that I finally left. The room was in bad condition. Dirty, it smells like mold and moisture, the balcony is bad. Besides, there was no soap in the toilet to wash my hands. The highlight was the night when I heard a noise and I turn on the light and I see next to my head a giant cockroach. I proposed to change my room, they accepted, but eventually I left....I couldn’t just think there would be in the other room. When you find one, it means there are others. The price mentioned on the internet in no way corresponds to the picture of the rooms. I left very upset. Very good experience. Rooms need total renovation and generally need maintenance.

Simple but good

You will find this hotel centrally in the town of Pyrgos.
It is easy to find and check-in is smooth.
The room itself, 207, is a bit small but fulfills its function.
The bathtub is rather a bathtub.
The balcony a highlight.
The breakfast, which was served on a tray, was perfectly OK.
We were probably the only guests.

Pity

Very poor choice of accommodation. The room needs a major renovation and was quite dirty. Perhaps the balcony was the biggest shock since it was in disrepair, with rusty chairs and dirty. We asked to change our room and indeed the staff was very helpful. However, the next room although in better condition, had the same issues with quilts with holes and stained pillowcases. With the first use of the bathroom, the base of the toilet paper fell off, while the next day there was no water in the faucet. We had to leave early.
