Located in Parikia and only 500 metres from Livadia, Eleni Rooms provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

Welcome in Eleni rooms
I was truly pampered there. A very friendly welcome from the owners and staff. Very clean rooms equipped with all modern essentials.
A lovely breakfast selection served in the delightful garden/courtyard.
The owners are happy to help their guests requests.

10/10 stay
Eleni rooms was a wonderfully pleasant stay. The rooms were very clean, we stayed in the quadruple room and it was spacious enough for 4 people. The staff were absolutely fabulous! Anna was a wonderful host/manager she was extremely informative and helpful with tourist activities and how to get around the island. The location was great, perfect walking distance to the town. Would definitely recommend Eleni rooms to anyone staying in Parikia!!

Thank you Flora for helping us with late booking and for the warm welcom and comfortable stay. Not the 3 nights as planned due to rough seas and a delayed arrival, but I promise we will be back.

Cozy and quiet place, to live at your own pace, close to points of attractions.
By renting, you opt for a room/Pt apartment that allows you to benefit from the services of a hotel: Bed made, towels and consumables bathroom changed, clean dishes changed but also possibility to sit on your secluded terrace to read, eat a cold dish or drink coffee (fridge, coffee maker, kettle provided).
All 5 bedrooms including 3 in the DRC directly overlook a beautiful flowery and shaded interior space where you will have a pdj or brunch for "late rise".
Attention we had room 25 DRC but it seems to me that the 21 DRC has its balcony that overlooks a parking behind the building.
Attention also, food consumables ARE NOT RENEWAL (water, coffee capsules) ... questionable for water...you can get them at the hyper open very late left after the port.
I give a good rating because the + are many and important:
- Welcoming and availability of guests.
– Broad schedules of the DPJ.
Good bedding, gd bed.
- Clean, functional, spacious living space with armchair and sofa. Clean but small bathroom with shower hoof bath but we don't stay long... bathrobes provided.
- Air conditioning in place and TV (no foreign or international channels), wifi sometimes slow... but we are on holiday!
We never put the air conditioning on because the orientation of our room and the shutters between open can be closed from the inside leaving the window open and the small oscillo window of the bathroom, equipped with a mosquito net, ensures good ventilation.
You will reside less than 10 minutes walk from the port and the old town on your left, 10 minutes from the beaches with umbrellas chairs lg on the right (but the most beautiful beaches are not in Parikia...)
The - :
- PDJ not large enough and/or without personalization possible.
The DPJ's organisation is not self-organised, and the space welcomes holidaymakers from outside.... in fact:
- The volume of customers can create Waiting times to be served (bp 1 time however for us over 9 days eating around 9am).
- You will have to choose from several Sweet / Salty Sugar formulas
This system did not suit us at all because it is a 'closed package' with no option AND without you being able to serve yourself.
For example: 2 sweet packages rather popular with the French
- 1 with 2 croissants at 20€ for the outside! the other with several slices of brioche 15€ for the outside!
Included in your rate for you, residents, with butter capsule, chocolate capsule, honey pt ramekin, red jam pt ramekin, ONE medium cup of coffee, .....NO fruit ....NO dairy!
However, I asked for an extra banana without pb on 2 occasions (I was not charged).
Namely;
- rglt 1 night at the resa if you book directly with Eleni (cheaper), by international bank transfer.
- rglt of the entire stay upon arrival in cash or CB
- rglt tourist tax at your dpt, in cash (2€ per day / room)

First trip to Paros
We had a wonderful stay here.
Anna, Manolis and their family are the perfect hosts and offered us lots of great information.
Our room was very traditional and immaculate, the only downside for me was the bath/shower but wasn’t a big deal as everything else was great.
The breakfast each day (included in our booking), was amazing. A great choice and usually kept me full up until our evening meal.
Such a pretty setting too.
We also hired their rental car for a couple of days which I highly recommend as you get to see much more of beautiful Paros.
Make sure you walk into the Old Town as so many more great shops and places to eat there.
We tended to walk along to the beach further away (turn right at the main road) as not so much traffic going past.
I stupidly left behind a dress but after messaging, they will be sending it to me☺️
Will 100% return and stay here again.
