The best holiday

We found from arrival and the time we left everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We were helped by the gentleman at the dest regarding local buses and routes to take which was great as it was the first time we had visited Crete and hopefully will not be the last. The hotel accommodation was great we had an apartment with 2 balconies with fantastic views. We chose a self catering option to give us the flexibility of trips out.The ladies came in everyday to replenish any bits needed and empty the bins. Our trip was for 10 days and the bedding and towels changed regularly. I cannot give this hotel a higher rating sadly, the area also of Panorma was lovely it gave me Mama Mia vibeswith the Tavernas, we had meals every day and cannot complain at all with the quality and portion size again everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thank You to everyone for making this holiday special.

Lovely stay

The hotel is lovely a little old but so clean and comfortable, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The whole village is delightful super friendly

Perfect hotel and spotless!

More than happy with our stay here. Could not find a thing wrong. Everything we were hoping for. Lovely room with a balcony. A lovely relaxing week in a very chilled Village with everything close by. Beach was great with a really nice taverna. Sun beds and parasol only €10 for the day. Would not hesitate to return.

Great location, lovely people, fantastic food. Visit Panormos!

Great location in the heart of Panormos, an easy walk to the beaches, tavernas, supermarkets, taxi rank and the bus stop to get to Rethymno (buy your tickets in any supermarket). The hotel is clean and well maintained and the breakfasts are excellent (note, breakfast is not included in the room price). The staff all speak excellent English, are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I don't often revisit holiday destinations, but this one, I would.

Completely perfect vacation

Fantastic little hotel. We were super well received by friendly staff. Lovely area with nice little beach nearby. The hotel is located in a charming small town with small cozy streets and restaurants. The rooms had what one needed for a good holiday, which was shiny clean throughout the hotel and there were good beds and head pillows. We had a room at 2. Hall with a small balcony facing a small street and we could see the sea in the distance.
We will definitely like to come back again.
