all perfect

excellent place to stay in Koufonissi,
Very kind owner came to pick us up and bring us back to the port, communication with him was perfect via messages before our arrival, he then gave us advice and directions for visiting the island
the room is small but equipped with everything you need, and has a small space equipped with a breakfast set, moka with coffee, kettle, biscuits, jams etc.
the balcony with the view is very nice
the center and the beaches can be reached on foot, there is a bit of an uphill journey

Appearance deceives

I have to contradict the various positive reviews about this property, I have just been: the owner is not as described, but a grumpy anticipated and thinks a lot about his business even the good morning knows how to say... sufficient structure with very small shower, poor cleaning and in the end the owner's daughter paying the tourist tax, was not giving me the rest of 10 euros, you see that these think only about money and stop

Very very small room

Although a very small room without a view so small that we had no place to put our suitcase. The bathroom is also very small. The price is too high for what it offers 85€ for a double room without breakfast.

Best holidays ever!

Totally the best holidays of our lives!
Nikita has been a fabulous host for the whole time, came to pick us up from the port the day we arrived and gave us a lift back when we left.
The rooms were cleaned to perfection EVERYDAY no matter what time we left, and the lady that looked after the rooms is so lovely and helpful!
The outdoor space is very cozy and beautiful, perfect if you want to chill in the evening or before going to the beach.
Location is wonderfully located, 5 min from the main beach which is great, very close to the centre of the town and to the restaurants.
(Also, please make sure you go say hello to Sofia if you stay there! Sofia is a beautiful donkey that leaves 1 min away )

Nice stay

The place is very well located (few minutes walking from the nearest beach and the center of the town) and is well decorated.
The room is good with a fan (no air condition) but with a very nice terrasse. It also has a small kitchen to make coffee/tea but as well with butter, jam, tea and coffee.
The thing to enhance is the mattress as it is quite hard when sleeping
