Needs an update

Very simple hotel that needs an urgent update, taps and broken towel rails, the locks of the rooms and bathrooms should change them, has no insulation and when they order in the room upstairs the room rumbles. Breakfasts do not vary and they do not have any gluten-free options (you are told to buy them at the supermarket), the deal leaves much to be desired.

Unpleasant staff

I got the wrong date, instead of booking for the same evening I made a reservation for the following week. I called an hour later to change, and the very unpleasant person could not cancel without charge. 50 € fee for a room worth 60 €. I don't recommend it. Professional courtesy normally takes precedence over financial interest.

Worst place in greece... A shame to maintain them in this beautifull city

This place should be shut since a while, people working there are mentally ills and it is a scam. No balcony, only one room with it, some room have no windows and the hotel is dirty... To finish the people working there have mental issues and will insult you if you don't agree on something...

The worst experience in all my life in Hotel Polyxenia

I had one of the worst experience in my life in this hotel with the owner of this hotel. She had a very rude reaction and not admissible. This was not acceptable for a person that is the owner of an hotel, who should treat the clients in a proper way.
