A perfect stay

The place is very pleasant with an exceptional view. We were welcomed by Konstantina, who speaks French very well. A caring person who provided us with all the information about the island and even organized our arrival despite a very late ferry. Thank you so much, Konstantina!

Excellent stay in Sifnos

Super stay in a traditional windmill overlooking the med! Take a taxi frim the port and go and enjoy these wonderful appartments in Artemonis on the lovely island of Sifnos. On the top of the hill (yes it is a climb but it is woth it)!!
Overlooking the mediterrenean sea. Close by the lively but not too busy place of Artemonis with all busses close by hand.
Large and clean apprtment, excellent bedding. Nice and complete kitchen and bathroom. Towels and daily cleaning by the nice lady Katherina! No need for airco, just open your windows for fresh air!!

Looking forward to staying back at the windmill

Windmill Villas is one of the best studios we have stayed at in years of travelling in the Greek Islands. The rooms lie all around an ancient windmill rebuild and have terraces with an incredible view on the aegean: you will see the sunrise on the immense blue, you will see the first evening lights down at the Kastro a couple of km away. The internal spaces are wide and clean. The place is extremely quiet and the howling of the wind mended our souls of stressed citizens. All the same, the centre of Artemonas is just 10 minutes on foot from the villas.
If you have cats at home bring some cat food with you. The countryside is crowded with stray cats and they are not fed every day by the Sifnians.

wonderful view, lovely walk to small town, not far to walk to Kastro

We stayed here in 1995 before it was really going. I had to write we stayed in 2018 but it's not true, there was no choice.
Kosta, the owner, was friendly, accommodating, kind, and did not speak any English. The apartment was quiet, clean, accessible to everything we wanted, and, we had the whole place to ourselves since it was just up and running. It looks pretty much the same and I'd stay here in a heartbeat since I've dreamed of this place for 24 years since staying.

Summer holidays

We spent 6 days in this location and it was wonderful The position is amazing if you ignore the summer wind The single problem is that you cannot communicate with the administrator because he speaks only greek Do not understand anything in in other language and be careful even if they accept credit cards on the booking sites he want only cash
