Nice rooms, great view, good price!

Comfortable rooms with airco and bathroom with shower. Every room has got it's own terrace where you have a great view over the bay of Kamares. It's halfway on the hill, so it is quiet, but close enough to walk to the harbour to enjoy a meal, go to the beach, ... The beds are pretty new and comfortable. The owner picks you up at the port. Very good price/quality!

Great view....but the hill is steep!!

Stayed 2 nights in July.
Nice room, with little terrace and a great view. Room was clean. Good price.
However the hill to walk up to it is extremely steep & hard work carrying a backpack in the July heat!

Wonderful situation on mountain side overlooking the ferry port. Getting from ferry to apartments although only 200 metres was a really tough climb. Blow the expense and get a taxi. Pity the owner wouldn't offer to meet at ferry. Otherwise clean and welcoming.

Struttura molto Scomoda

Il titolo della recensione spiega tutto, la struttura è situata su una collina a pochi minuti a piedi dal porto di Sifnos, solo che per arrivarci bisogna fare almeno 1 km di salita al 40/50 %, io e la mia compagna ce ne siamo accorti solo quando eravamo in procinto di affrontare il salitone quindi non avrebbe avuto senso chiamare un taxi per una salita se pur ripidissima e non adatta per gente con problemi fisici specialmente nelle ore calde, e qui il primo appunto, visto quanto detto, i proprietari potrebbero fare qualcosa di più per facilitare l'accesso alla struttura dei clienti o cmq avvertire del problema visto che come ho detto, se si hanno dei problemi fisici od un bagaglio pesante la salita è quasi proibitiva.per quanto riguarda la struttura è carina ma le stanze sono strette, caldissime e senza dispositivi antizanzare, la zona è piena di zanzare (pensare ad una disinfestazione sarebbe troppo Smart), e quindi se apri le finestre la notte per uno po di fresco ti ritrovi l'assalto a fort Apache. Il condizionatore c'è ma visto basso livello di pulizia non mi sono fidato ad accenderlo per evitare guai peggiori in quanto immagino che l'ultima manutenzione sia stata fatta dopo la seconda guerra mondiale . Altra cosa da dire è che la stanza aveva un frigorifero rumoroso ed una doccia strettissima (per fortuna che sono magro), che se uno è un po sovrappeso rimane incastrato. In definitiva io non capisco la valutazione così alta per un struttura al massimo da 6. Uniche cose positive, come detto la vicinanza al porto ed alla zona di ristoranti e negozi quindi la comodità di arrivare in pochi minuti una volta scesi dalla nave, ed avere a disposizione tutto il necessario, e seconda cosa non trascurabile è il prezzo che almeno a giugno è di 20/30 euro sotto la media. non capisco quindi le valutazioni così alte.

Μέτριο δωμάτιο ,χωρίς wifi και σήμα στην τηλεόραση . Τρείς διανυκτερεύσεις και δεν άλλαξαν ούτε μια φορά τις πετσέτες παρότι είμαστε σε εποχή covid. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι πολύ καλή , αγναντεύει όλο το λιμάνι !
