COULD BE BETTER

We stayed for 4 days me and my husband , no one there knew English and it was really difficult for us to communicate .
The lady at the front desk was kinda rude probably because her English was not that good so she could not understand us.
The room at least was clean and the breakfast even thought it was much it was good .
They need staff that at can communicate in English so everyone can be happy

A satisfying hotel

I think it is a very good hotel to stay some nights for a commitment or for business. Very clean hotel with a first picture when we entered and smelled very nice. The room is equally very clean and their towels and sheets are all clean. The service of the hotel very correct and polite.

No organization, they don't know when they have rooms.

I booked a room for the weekend on Monday, no problem until Friday morning. On Friday they tell me that the room is not available for Saturday, but is available for Sunday. When I asked why the reservation was changed the day before, I was told that reservations had to fit two and months back.

Great hotel!

Although it was a little more expensive than the other hotels in the area we decided to stay there and we didn't regret it!
The hotel is located at the city center, in a quiet street but close to bars, restaurants and shops. The room was nice, clean and beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable! The receptionists were very kind! I would definitely stay again there!
