Lovely hotel
Travelled here as solo female, from arriving at the hotel I was made to feel very safe and welcomed.
Was offered the choice of 2 rooms and if I wasn’t happy with either of them they would look to accommodate me in a different room once people had checked out the day after. I didn’t need to change rooms. Yes there was some noise with people coming and going most of the night but it didn’t disturb me. Was an eye opener seeing the youngsters going out for the night as I was going to bed and getting in as I was getting up in the mornings. On the plus side it meant breakfast was quiet and plenty of sun beds available by the pool. Rooms are basic but completely fine, cleaned daily with bedding and sheets changed regularly. Pool area is lovely with the comfiest pool beds I’ve ever seen. Pool bar and snack bar are good with a varied menu. Breakfast was a combination of toast, cereals, pastries fruit with bacon, sausages, eggs and beans with hot and cold drinks. Location- located right at the beach end of the strip. Easy access to all the clubs and pubs with a short walk to the beach. Couldn’t fault the hotel or the staff and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent
We stayed at this hotel last week and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided regularly. The pool is beautiful, and the bar is very well stocked. They also prepared sandwiches and pasta for lunch. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Laganas, just a few meters from the beach and all the main amenities, such as shops, pharmacies, and restaurants. But above all, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Giannis, who was always available, ready to help us and give us great advice. There was also evening entertainment, in case you decided to stay at the hotel. And despite the hotel being located in a central and fairly lively area, we always slept very well without any problems. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes and preferences. There was also evening entertainment, in case you decided to stay at the hotel. sleep-deprived after the holidays
We are currently staying at the Hotel Esperia, and I can say it is the worst hotel in Laganas. We know Laganas is famous for parties and young crowds, but there are also guests here who would simply like to get a decent night's sleep. That is impossible at this hotel; there are parties in the rooms, loud music, and shouting in the hallways. Although there are rules stating that everyone must be quiet after 11 PM, no one from the hotel staff enforces them. The food is very poor, the cutlery is dirty, and the woman serving breakfast sits in the dining area vaping. We have stayed at several hotels in Laganas, and this one is the worst. The location is super close to the beach. As for the rooms—well, the first impression was... underwhelming the doors in every room creaked. They could really use felt pads under the beds to dampen the noise during cleaning.

highly recommended
I had a really great stay at this hotel in Laganas! The location was perfect, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was definitely one of the highlights. The atmosphere was amazing and I met so many new people and made some great friends during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall I had a really good experience. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Zakynthos. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel, staff and experience!!
Amazing experience! Me and my mum have stayed here for a week and are leaving today devastated as we’ve had such an amazing time! All of the staff were lovely especially Yannis on reception and Denis and Maria in the bar! The hotel owner is also lovely and is very friendly and welcoming! We will be back later on this year hopefully! Would highly recommend! The hotel is in a good location and the pool area is lovely and very relaxing! Thank you to you all at the hotel and hopefully see you later in the summer!!
