A good stay

My husband and I stayed well, the owner was kind and did everything for us, phoning various car rentals to find us the car we wanted to rent (since in August it is difficult) and giving us tips on where to go for breakfast and dinner. He even gave us a welcome gift.

Excellent experience

I have traveled a lot but I have never stayed at such friendly, clean, caring place that treat you like a royal. The Owner wants to make sure that the guests leave with the best memories. Eager to help she answers questions about directions, places to visit, and places to eat. Her guests become her relatives. The location is very good with 2 beaches and stores like bakery, supermarket, restaurants all within walking distance.

Two advice

Two things you should know in advance:
1) Pre COVID offered breakfast, no longer. As a result, if you take your own breakfast in the room you will have some difficulty in washing dishes because there is no sink.
2) In the negotiations with the owner to be analytical because it does not say everything from the beginning.
In other words, everything is fine with cleanliness.

Wonderful stay

Everything was perfect right from the moment we booked our room with Mrs. Afroditi, the hotel owner. We immediately knew from our phone call that we were in good hands. Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome with useful information about everything the island has to offer.
The hotel is ideally located at the port of Loutra with ample parking space right in front. Our room was meticulously clean and had a balcony with a magnificent view overlooking the harbor of Loutra. We had a lovely spacious room with a new double bed and comfy mattress. Air conditioning worked perfectly, shower had lovely hot running water.
Mrs. Afroditi’s attention to detail and hospitality is unrivaled and her kindness made us feel right at home.
We highly recommend visiting Kythnos for this hotel! After such a wonderful stay will be sure to come back!

An excellent value for money accommodation

Great spacious rooms with excellent clean bathroom. Everything is new and worthy. From furnitures to a/c. The hostess is very kind and helpful to guide you. The prepares the breakfast herself and it's delicious. Homemade cheese pie, sandwiches, fresh orange juices and cakes. Totally worth the price if 10€/pp.
Nice view with a thermal spa beach just 1' away from your balcony. Loutra is a lovely part of the island to stay in. Totally recommended!
