Great Apartments

Lovely spacious apartment. Beds are firm (but I like them that way) good shower, always plenty of hot water, same in kitchen. Well equipped with usual implements. Didn't see a frying pan, though as we only had light meals as ate out, didn't need one. Only a few minutes' walk to restaurants, bars, supermarket ect. A little bit noisey with morning traffice but very quiet at night when sleeping so all good. We used the swimming pool at Solaris apartments just down the road, along a little lane to the right (signposted) They are happy to allow people in, just buy a drink/snack to pay for the amenity. First time to Kassiopi and Corfu and were very happy with our choice of resort and apartment. Lovely holiday, very safe area and still holds the Greek charm with very welcoming locals.

Cancelled our room and refused to refund

Cancelled our room and wouldn’t reply. Less than 24 hours before check in told us we couldn’t have what we had booked. Had no choice but to accept their lesser room - was on the beach when we were notified we had no room. Ignored us whilst we tried to figure out what to do then refused to refund the room they couldn’t facilitate us with. Unbelievably poor customer service.

Lovely apartments just a few minutes walk from the harbour. Apartment, everything and more you could wish for, extremely well equipped and lovely outside area. We would thorougly recommend and would definitely stay again

Very satisfied

We are just back after a two weeks stay at villa Nikos. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and where more than happy. The apartment was very clean, all the furnishings seemed to be quite new and in good condition. The kitchen is well equipped with a modern hob and oven. The bathroom was very modern as well. There is a terrace looking on to the well kept garden and street. The location is excellent as it is just 2 minutes from the main street but still quiet enough. The bed linen was changed every 4 days approximately. The only thing missing is a sea view, but you can't have everything!
Would I return? In a flash!

Have to rate average..But...recommend it!

We were in Kassiopi in June 2013 with my boyfriend; we booked a one-bedroom apartment on booking.com,
advantages: apartment was simple, had average price, with all amenities we needed, good shower and with a balcony, also in a very good location , in the center of town, at the main street, but quiet enough for that time of a year.
disadvantages: Our first experience was bad- the apartment wasn't cleaned up: cobwebs under chairs, dust... Basically I took a cloth from a housekeeper to clean the whole room and a bathroom by myself.
We have no idea why the room wasn't cleaned? we came to the apartment late afternoon- so the housekeeper had much time for cleaning it...-and because the door to the room was open when we came-we think she was actually planning to clean that room!
HOWEVER ALL THIS WASN'T THE OWNERS' FAULT!
Advantages again: an owner- Matula was super nice and friendly and her great, friendly attitude made our stay really nice- we think that if we come again to Kassiopi we could stay again in this apartment- we are sure that the dirty room was only a housekeepers' fault.
I really would like to recommend Fulvia travel and Matula with her husband and a girl working in Fulvia-that were great people! Also we had a very good contact with Fulvia before we came to Kassiopi! We recommend Fulvia-that has very good travel around islands offers and the owners! Also the apartment was basic but nice and cosy!
