We were fortunate to get the only room on the highest level with a great view of the ocean and coastline. The price we had to pay was to climb two flights of stairs to reach it, which we did mind at all. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful and advised us to drive to Areopoli for dinner. Very good breakfast.

Small room for 3 people but with a nice balcony and incredible views. Great breakfast and nice pool!

Tragedy!

Indulgently unacceptable, not to say miserable!
I visited with a group and unfortunately stayed for two nights. Although I looked for another alternative after seeing the dismal room, unfortunately since the arrival time was past (11pm) I had to put up with it.
First of all, the room had nothing to do with the pictures on the booking. I assumed they were the ones they would have available to seasonal staff, as of course the price list that should be posted on the door was also missing.
What can I say, the smell of abandonment, the complete lack of maintenance, the obvious wear and tear, the midget shower, the window that looked out onto stacked furniture and paint cans... A real disgrace and shame!

Great base

We chose this location because in the middle of the peninsula of Mani. The structure is simple but cozy the rooms all have a balcony. Breakfast is rich and varied, sweet and salty. The owners are very helpful and friendly. It is a perfect base for exploring the south and north of the peninsula.
