Very bad.

There was not much pressure the water and especially the hot, heat unbearable with poor air conditioning, breakfast unacceptable in every respect, finally the hotel owner has to change profession because he was unhospitable.

A 4 star to be divided by 2

The hotel is really low-key, not at all cared for, housed in the building of the center of Ioannina with unlikely spaces and narrow and steep stairs. The elevator is small and there are no 2 people with luggage. In the rooms, old furniture, absence of chairs and bathrooms arranged meaninglessly. Breakfast really poor.

Fabulous location with parking

Excellent value for money, convenient underground parking next door included in the price. Nicely renovated and location was perfect for walking around the city. Unfortunately for me the mattress was very hard and bedroom/bathroom were very small but it was spotlessly clean and I would visit again.

Very basic Hotel, room basic and clean. located very central to walk all over and they had parking available. breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was denied, it owner managed property, owner was very mean old man. Makes fuss on small things like closing door, bringing food from outside, and talking on loung / sitting area. Gave me very hard time, he is the meanest I have ever met.
