This is certainly one of the nicest places I have stayed in. My apartment in the 2nd floor was just perfect with a lovely patio with lounge for the evening sun. Stunning views from kitchen and bathroom.
I got to see the two other apartments as well and can confirm that all of them are very inviting for another stay.

A bit disappointed.
We rented the studio on the top floor.
+ Very beautiful view of Ermoupoli and Ano Syro, all the monuments!
+ Decent room, beautiful bedding.
+ Ideal location in the center of Ermoupoli, near the port.
- Access stairs to the studio are very steep, almost like a ladder. Getting up there with large suitcases is almost impossible. Getting up there at all is difficult.
- Very narrow bathroom. In the restroom, one has their behind at the level of the toilet bags…
- No classic Nespresso but the new (large capsules).
- The room is cleaned every other day.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was so beautiful and comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and modern Greek interior. Very local and close to everything.
The owner is such kind and helpful man !!

We spent a long time researching places to stay on Syros and stumbled upon this hotel. There weren’t many reviews yet, so we weren’t sure what to expect but we took a chance, and we’re so glad we did. It turned out to be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at in many years of traveling.
The location is perfect... just minutes from the port, the main strip, and Miaouli Square, making everything easy to access. When we arrived, the host, Dimitris, greeted us warmly and showed us around. Everything felt brand new, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into every detail of the space.
Each unit is like a private, self-contained apartment, and the comfort level was incredible. The bed was great, the ceilings were high, and we had amazing views of both the sea and the mountains. The private balcony was peaceful and cozy, an ideal place to relax.
Normally, we don’t spend much time in our hotel while traveling, but this place was so special we found ourselves enjoying it for hours each day. It truly became a central part of our trip.
We couldn’t recommend it more. It’s unique, beautifully designed, and still under the radar. We feel lucky we got to stay here and we’re pretty sure it won’t be long before it books out months in advance.

Beautiful stay in Syros!!
Excellent stay! The most comfortable beds, also the room was very clean and had beautiful aesthetics! The reception from our host and the service from the moment we made the reservation until we left the island was excellent! We will definitely visit again!
