A Disappointing Stay at a Hotel with Great Potential
Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The hotel has great potential, but it is very dated and not sufficiently maintained. The property is huge, and some rooms are extremely far from the main areas. Our room was not particularly clean, and the bedding was old and uncomfortable.
There is no proper parking area for guests, so you have to park quite far away. Even upon arrival, we had to unload our luggage far from reception, and no one came to assist us. This is not the level of service you would expect from a hotel of this standard.
The pool area was especially disappointing. A friend of mine slipped around the pool, seriously injured her leg, and needed medical attention. Unfortunately, the hotel staff showed almost no concern and did not properly assist her after the incident. This was extremely disappointing and concerning.
The pool was also very crowded in August, with old and poorly maintained sunbeds and umbrellas. On several occasions, there were not enough towels, and guests were simply unable to get one. Unfortunately, many members of staff throughout the resort were not welcoming or friendly, which made the overall atmosphere less pleasant.
The food was below expectations. The dining room felt more like a hospital or military canteen than a hotel restaurant. The all-inclusive offering was very basic, with mostly processed food and limited quality.
There was no food available at the pool bar during lunchtime, requiring a long walk to the beach area. Even in the evening, getting a drink meant walking quite far.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. We had been really looking forward to staying here, and it is a shame because the hotel has so much potential to be a beautiful and well-maintained resort.

Stressful
On the beach, half-broken canvas umbrellas one right next to the other, lines at the main restaurant at all hours for meals, endless lines for drinks in the evening, nonexistent entertainment.
Perhaps in the past it was a good resort, now it certainly cannot be rated five stars, it can barely reach three.
Nothing to complain about regarding the food, which was abundant and varied.

Very beautiful club.
The room Very good except.
Negative points.
The food could do better.
In room 802 (our room) big but very big problem with the air conditioning impossible to sleep because it was making so much noise I notified them but nothing was done what a shame.
Hotel very far from the airport 4 hours on the way there 3 hours on the way back that is 2 days lost out of 8 that makes for an expensive rental.
In a word very beautiful club for the rest everything needs to be reviewed what a shame.
