Great experience!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were genuinely welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.
The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and every meal I had exceeded my expectations.
What truly made this hotel stand out was the attention to detail and the commitment to making every guest feel valued. Everything was well organized, clean, and maintained to the highest standard.

The worst hotel

The worst hotel I have stayed in... The behavior of the staff is UNACCEPTABLE. Racist treatment, as if you are not known to the owners, they throw you in the worst room they have to put their acquaintances... While I had a 6-day reservation with a room change, they gave us a worse room than the original without telling us, even though they had told us the same charge for all our days. They said later that they would reduce the charge, and the best part was when I asked if I wanted another room, the answer was, "This is what we have, and if you want..." Tragic in everything....I left half an hour from there wanting them to give us a gift for the two days I stayed... Why would they be right? Of course I paid normally because they were able to tell us that we did it for the money. If someone really wants to stay there, ask exactly what room you will have because they call a balcony a terrace with 5 rooms with shared sofas....

Great hotel, extremely cold and impersonal welcome.

The hotel is very well located very close to the port and easily reached the restaurant area.The spacious and well decorated rooms, clean, with a terrace that overlooks uyn jardincito.It has own parking which makes things much easier.The breakfast very good.The hotel I liked very much and I advise it but I am struck by the welcome so cold and impersonal from the lady that we attended very infrequent in Greece as they are usually very friendly.

Very pleasant stay

Nice hotel, comfortable. Superb breakfast, freshly baked pastries. The staff was very kind. Near the center (you go on foot). What else?
