Welcome to Creta!

We got all that was expected. Good room, friendly staff (special thanks to: Aki, Helena, Harry, Elena and Aki-mom (cretan wizard)). Nearest restaurant (Pergkola) is very very good. Sun as sun, good sea as good sea, but air special. Everyday we much were swimming, eating, sweetly sleeping. Not far from appartments is Chania easy by bus (bus stop in front of Pergkola). Chania is very wonderful city (evening walk). Today is our last day at Karavanos. We leave this paradise. We will be back (already thrid time)!

posizione ottima, ma...

l'appartamento ha una posizione strategica. a 200 metri da una spiaggia molto carina e tranquilla.
fermata bus a 2 passi (autobus ogni 20min.)
Purtroppo l'appartamento ha lati positivi e negativi.
lati positivi:
- breve distanza per la spiaggia, fermata autobus, e piccoli ristorantini locali (strada parallela all'appartamento), il personale molto simpatico e accogliente. a 6 minuti a piedi supermercati "LIDL" & "INKA"
- piscina e bar
- wifi
- possibilità di cena take away del ristorante "La Pergola " affianco.
lati negativi:
- problemi con l'aria condizionata e all'attivazione troppo rumorosa. (stile trattore)
- la cucina non dispone di molte pentole (1 per la pasta e una padella)
- un rumore insopportabile per via di un camion per carico rifiuti ogni mattina ore 5.00 (proprio sotto il balcone della camera da letto)
consiglio un dispositivo anti-zanzare!!!!
piccoli problemi, risolvibili tranquillamente se si richiede l'intervento del responsabile.
(a seconda del tempo che una persona trascorre all'interno dell'appartamento)
noi eravamo praticamente tutto il giorno fuori quindi non erano problemi grossi... però ...
per chi invece ha intenzione di godere del servizio piscina e serate nel giardino dello stabile può a lungo andare della permanenza essere un problema.

Мы с друзьями отдыхали в августе 2015 двумя семьями в этом отеле. Расположение очень хорошее, спокойный тихий район, никакого шума. В отеле несколько зон для приготовления барбекю, небольших зон отдыха и довольно глубокий бассейн. Номера простенькие, в нашем номере была маленькая душевая кабина. Плитка долго разогревается, приготовление пищи может затянуться. В спальне очень удобная кровать, а вот диван для сна очень не комфортный (ребенку было неудобно), Самый большой минус нашего номера - это отсутствие пульта от кондиционера. Его можно было отключить только тумблером с частью электричества. Рядом расположено футбольное поле, в жару от него чувствуется запах резины, зато иногда интересно было посмотреть футбольные матчи. Вернулась бы сюда еще раз, но в другой номер.

Tranquillo ottima posizione

Il residence si trova a 5 km da Chania e a soli 150 metri da una bella e riparata spiaggetta. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa senza problemi di parcheggio. È servita anhe da autobus. L' appartamento era pulito con un bel bagno. La cucina piccola e il frigorifero molto rumoroso. La piscina è piccola ma non è mai affollata. Davanti al residence c'è un campo da calcio dove si allenano in continuazione, ma senza creare disturbo.
Vicino c'è una taverna in cui si mangia bene e i supermercati sono a 500 metri. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. È un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la zona di Chania e raggiungere le più belle spiagge di Creta. Elafonissi è a 70 km e ci vuole un'ora e mezza ad arrivarci perché la strada è tortuosa.

Dejlige omgivelser og meget sødt personale

Dejligt mindre familiedrevet hotel, Sønnen Aki hygger virkelig om gæsterne, og man får helt sikkert lysten til at komme retur til hotellet. Det ligger super godt, tæt afstand til flere rigtig gode strande, der er muligt at gå langs vandkanten ind til Chania centrum. Hottellet ligger dog tæt på en camping plads, der kan forekomme lidt larm derfra, eneste minus fra vores side. Vi kommer helt sikkert retur en dag :-) Der ligger mange gode restauranter tæt på hotellet, Lidl og INKA ligger også rimelig tæt på. Ellers kan der købes brød på campingpladsen. Lækre meloner og vindruer kan købes af lokal sælger fra hjørnet tæt på en lille park. Dejlig poolbar, hvor søde Helene betjener i dagstimerne.
