Great experince with a wonderfull staff that was very helpful through the entire stay, the only thing was that the entrance was hard to find and lack street lights but everything else was 5-star.

Moderate room

The location was very good and the staff very polite. At first glance the room was good. The jacuzzi was too small with the zoom could accommodate 1 person and the jets in the jacuzzi closed every 5 minutes and reopened themselves after 2 minutes. That was very annoying and not at all relaxing . The worst of course was that in the bathroom we found hair inside the shower from a previous visitor. That made me disgusted and didn't want to take a bath.

Comfort and relaxation in Comfort and relaxation in the city center

Lovely room with jacuzzi in the center of Chania, clean and very careful. Everything was perfect and we will definitely come back!

The hotel is in a very good area. Room was ver clean with every day housekeeping.
On the other hand shower cabin without door and the water splashing out, wardrobe very small with just 4 hangers, no light in the bathroom ( just small mirror light) , coffee maker without coffee provided, balcony quite small .

Nice room with really cold floor but really hot water. Great location, make sure pay attention for check in details, or you’ll end up wandering around in circles looking for entrance and reception. Noise from street will disturb a light sleeper, but comfortable bed will compensate.
