Unacceptable behavior

The worst hotel with the worst reception.We paid for it( Deluxe Double Room with 2 Twin Beds) two double beds which was{Μονα} worth 180 euros.The head at the reception on 17/7/25 in the afternoon had unacceptable behavior and did not let two children aged 10 years in the room but only one.

σας ευχαριστούμε για την επίσκεψη σας στις εγκαταστάσεις μας καθώς και για την κριτική σας.
Σε συνέχεια αυτής, θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι η κράτηση σας αφορούσε σε δίκλινο δωμάτιο για δύο άτομα (twin bed). Η άφιξη σας στο ξενοδοχείο μας αποτελείτο απο τέσσερα άτομα συνολικά (εσάς και τρια παιδιά). Η συνάδελφος που σας υποδέχτηκε σας ενημέρωσε οτι λόγω έλλειψης διαθεσιμότητας δεν μπορούσε να σας παρέχει επιπλέον δωμάτιο, σας εξήγησε τους λόγους (ουσιαστικούς) για τους οποίους που δεν μπορούσατε να διανυκτερεύσετε και τα τέσσερα άτομα στον συγκεκριμένο τύπο δωματίου, και σας διευκόλυνε με την πρόσβαση σας στο δωμάτιο για χρονική διάρκεια κάποιων ωρών.
Σας ευχαριστούμε για την κριτική σας, λυπούμαστε που λόγω εσφαλμένης κράτησης δεν ευχαριστηθήκατε την διαμονή σας στο ξενοδοχείο μας.

All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Harry. We were made to feel welcome. The housekeeping staff were diligent and discreet.
The location is a bit industrial, but we did not mind that and it felt safe.

Nice view, good location if arriving with a car. Good kitchen, delicious meals, clean rooms and amazing staff!

Amazing people running the show and handle international visitors with humor and efficiency. Extended thank to the boys in bar, you really went an extra mile for us and our team.
Hotel is a bit remote from city center but in close vicinity of Tatoi air base. Situated on top of a steep hill. Cleaning works well, restaurant had amazing food (the chicken pasta!!) and very helpful reception.
Only few electric sockets in the room.
