Super.
And yes the food was ok now I think about it. However, there were too few chairs at the small beach when the locals picked them up. But we had towels with us, and we just lay in the sand, the water was nice, taxi to Eretria was cheap. All in all fantastic and relaxed vacation, and we will definitely go to Greece again. Thanks!

Nice hotel on a quite location, rooms are clean and comfor have super see view.
For a hotel that declares itself as 4 stars, I believe it should offer higher-quality drinks... The beers and wines came from a dispenser with very low quality; the beer tasted like water, and the wines were sour with very poor quality

Great staff, poor conditions
Pros:
Fantastic and friendly staff
Spotlessly clean
Some of the food is really good
Good drinks, ice cream, and a wide variety of fruits
Clean beach
Quiet and peaceful atmosphere
Greek night organized once a week by the hotel
Cons:
Constant struggle to get a sunbed — there simply aren’t enough for all the guests
Bathroom is in terrible condition and needs renovating
Small room, cramped with too much furniture
Breakfasts are very repetitive (same menu every day)
Location:
The hotel is on the outskirts of town, about a 1 km walk to the promenade. The promenade itself is nice and well-kept. The town, however, is very run-down — it looks almost like a slum, with crumbling buildings, abandoned cars on the streets, and broken sidewalks and roads. There’s really nothing interesting to see in this part of the island. Greece is a beautiful and diverse country, but I’d seriously think twice before coming to this area.

Terrible!
1. Food can't get worse. It's just not edible for so much that we had to go to town for breakfast lunch and dinner.
2. Hotel staff take their time to help with household amenities.
3. On arrival, there was water on the floor of the room (pipe leaking in the bathroom ) The water was wiped off but the next day it was there again.
4. There's a sign by the pool asking you not to towel sunbeds. But no one cares, including the staff, so if you don't get up at 6:00 a.m. to take the deckchair, then you can't lie by the pool.
5. The pool is old and disgusting and has seawater.
6. The whole hotel is broken and old. The rooms are very old. Banal can't attach a hair dryer to the wall and it hangs out. It's impossible to open the closet because it's a bedside table. To get to the outlet by the bed you also have to move the bedside table.
7. The mattresses are old and springy. All night I had a spring resting sideways and backwards.
8. Banal no extra cushions
9. The neighbor's air conditioner (it's clearly broken) was always making noise, as was the fridge.
10. There's a torn old chair in the lobby. Paint and plaster is coming off the walls. Holes in the doors.
Don't make our mistakes. Don't drone it, lest you ruin your vacation. We couldn't take it, and the second day we ran away from there to another nice hotel. Of course, Hotel Stefania refused to compensate us for even the days we didn't live there.

Terrible 4-star hotel: floods, bad food, no hot water, awful service. Avoid!
The only positives: good location and direct access to the beach. That’s it.
Now the negatives:
1. Upon arrival, there was a flood in the bathroom. The cleaner removed it, but by the next morning it returned.
2. The food is absolutely awful – low-quality products, tasteless and inedible. The meat in particular is unacceptable for a hotel claiming four stars.
3. At the pool, there are signs stating that towels left on sunbeds will be removed if unattended. In reality, no one enforces this. Elderly guests “reserve” sunbeds early in the morning with towels, then disappear back to their rooms. I asked the receptionist three times to at least free one sunbed, but nothing was done. After 3rd attempt . New guests arriving to swim are left standing with nowhere to sit. Why even put up these signs if no one cares?
4. Our room was changed because of the flooding, and we were given a newly renovated one. However, you cannot plug in a charger without moving the nightstand.
5. To open the wardrobe, you also have to move the nightstand. How is this acceptable?
6. The Wi-Fi barely works. You have to walk around to find a spot where it connects.
7. Hot water is unreliable. Sometimes you wait and it still doesn’t come. On the first floor, it was lukewarm at best. On the second floor, we had to shower in cold water. This is outrageous.
We ended up leaving the hotel before our planned check-out date because it was simply unbearable.
The mattress in the “new” room was so hard it was impossible to sleep.
I honestly don’t understand who writes positive reviews about this hotel – probably people close to the owners. For us, it was a huge disappointment. Vacation ruined. No refund, of course.
