Staff was great. Breakfast was flawless, many options to choose from. Views are breathtaking. This is an upscale place and you can tell by its patrons. You can feel like royalty at this place. Manager was courteous enough to allow me a late check out due to an unforeseen matter. She didn’t hesitate. I appreciated her for that one.
I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this hotel and we chose to leave early. The rooms were small, dark and dirty. The beds were hard & uncomfortable. The safe in our room was broken as was the chain lock on the door. Some of the staff were helpful at times, but generally felt like a time-consuming battle to address any of these issues. We did receive a partial refund after going back and forth with management for days and sharing a detailed list of issues. On the bright side, the food was good - both breakfast and dinner. I would not stay here again.

Top Class Hotel at HO Volta Region

I had a wonderful stay at Volta Serene Hotel and was highly impressed with the property. Nestled in a beautiful location, the hotel’s eco-friendly construction makes it truly unique and serene.
The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering both comfort and elegance. The service was world-class, with attentive and courteous staff ensuring a memorable experience. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a wide variety of delicious options.
I stayed for one night and am already looking forward to coming again.

The hotel is very nice and is situated on a hill, offering a great view of the city. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. The gym was well equipped, and the instructor was outstanding. Breakfast was fantastic. However, the pool was not usable during our stay because it was not clean, and we were surprised that there was no seating around the pool area. Despite this drawback, we enjoyed the serenity of the hotel.

The staff were polite and approachable but the room and how much it cost was too expensive for the deluxe room. The room was below standard.
