Quiet neighborhood in Accra close to Lincoln Community School

My stay at the Silicon Lodge was for three nights and was a business/study trip, with my colleague. We were promptly picked up from the airport by the manager and mad it back to the lodge in no time. The location is in a quiet neighborhood of Accra within walking distance of Lincoln Community School which is where we were doing a clinic. The room was spacious, the bathroom and shower modern- and overall the room was quiet. One thing that I would suggest is for the lodge to purchase new mattresses and pillow, as the bed was extremely hard and the pillows just needed replacing. We had drinks, dinner and breakfast at the lodge. Food was good, and the service at the bar was great. Kitchen was a little slow to bring food out. Overall all the staff were fantastic and aimed to help and please. I would highly suggest this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area. Thanks Silicon!

The hotel is fantastic. The only draw back is the location isn’t great. But this is so minor in relation to how great the hotel is

Short stay

Located in quiet place, good for people who enjoy quiet place located in ambelemkpe, 20 minutes drive from Accra mall.
The place is clean, Cosy place, A good stay for short visit.
Meals served a la carte including breakfast.

Very Underrated

Stayed for a 10 night business trip. I will be honest and say I was concerned when i seen a 2 star rating on booking.com and others.
However i can assure you this is not a 2 star hotel, it is better than other 4 star rated hotels in Accra. I have stayed in the Golden Tulip, Africa Regent, but this is by far the best experience.
The staff are friendly and welcoming. Customer Service is a top priority, staff noticed i missed breakfast for two days, so took it upon themselves to bring my usual order to my room for me.
Hotel Manager Haans was very friendly and sought feedback to ensure any improvements could be implemented.
The rooms are spacious with air conditioning and ample room. Mine had self catering facilities incase i wished to cater my own lunch or evening meal. However the food was of a good standard and reasonably priced, so i didn’t feel the need to utilise the facility’s.
All in all, great experience, would have no problem returning after my initial apprehension. Much better value than anywhere else i have stayed in Accra.

Quiet, clean and friendly. Good for accessing businesses located in Abelempke

I have stayed here on three occasions. Rooms are air conditioned, clean and have TV and a fridge. Breakfast is good and plentiful, and they do a great vegetable omelette if asked. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Mattresses, like all hotels in Ghana, are very hard but the staff gave me several duvets to sleep on to make it seem softer.
The rooms are also well soundproofed and I never had any noise issues from other tenants. I have no hesitation in recomending this hotel, and would definitely go back. Plugs are UK three pin so no adaptors required
