Kurztrip

Wir haben dort 2 Nächte verbracht und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Das 3Gang Menü am Abend ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und sauber. Das Personal durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders zu erwähnen ist Marcel vom Service. Freundlich, aufmerksam und kompetent. Er hat viel dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben

Location great, breakfast an imposition, Service a disaster.

Our stay at the Hotel Astenturm did not meet our expectations. Two days before arrival we received an email that the check-in takes place at the Dorint Hotel in Winterberg. Hotel is about 4 km from the Astenturm. On arrival At the Astenturm there was no staff member who could speak German. When asked about the parking card, it was just to put it down. The way to the room was described only with room there. Room was not cleaned on all days so there were also no fresh towels. In addition, the pads from the predecessor were still in the bathroom trash can. Complaints at reception were not understood due to lack of German language skills. It was me asking colleagues. On today's departure day there was also no breakfast as it is closed day. So we were spared the poor breakfast. The other days, breakfast was an imposition. 2 years ago we loved hotel and breakfast. The choice at the so-called breakfast buffet corresponded to a 1 star hotel. For the missed breakfast we request a refund of 18€

Das Hotel liegt direkt am E1 und eignet sich sehr gut für eine Übernachtung. Allerdings idt dort keine Restauration Werkstags! Keine Toilette! Der Check in ist nur um 15 Uhr möglich.
Leider funktionierte bei uns auch der Fernseher nicht.

Prima hotel voor skiën in Winterberg. Paar opmerkingen:
1. Kon niet inchecken op locatie, je moest naar het Dorintj hotel voor sleutel. Stond niet bij reservering.
2. Zeep en douche zeep waren leeg, er stond alleen een los flesje die je kon gebruiken
