Location top, hotelier unfriendly!

An ageing hotel, not really “superior”, quite the contrary, which did not really bother us. Because it has a great location u you get to the center very quickly. What was quite frightening though was the hotelier! A really very unkind person. We weren't even greeted on arrival, just got patty sentences. He can't answer questions normally, something reproachful always comes back. For someone who wants to run a hotel, 0 points!
I believe that the location and its prices in comparison is his great luck! Food tastes good, but the dishes are not listed properly on the menu. Our vegetarian got bacon to go with the mushrooms, although it didn't say anything. I ate a burger with “cumin” Patty! There was no caraway on it. Even in the fried potatoes no bacon to read on the menu. One of the waitresses, I think, was afraid of people. Didn't understand much & talked very softly. That led to confusion when ordering. Plus point for the cleaner.
On departure the hotelier wished the bikers a good ride u was super friendly. With our group, he wouldn't even have said goodbye.
This unkindness has led us to decide to definitely never book the hotel again in the future and to communicate that to the outside world!

The hotel room is comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is good with lots of varieties like fruits, cereals, cheese, cold cuts. The food at the restaurant is good and they have smaller portions too . It was a good stay .

Great family resort

We stayed here for a family ski break. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you needed. Including a hair dryer.
The Buffett continental breakfast had something for everyone.
The location was ideal for us albeit a 20 min walk up through the town to the slopes. But excellent for doing a pub crawl on the way back!!
Lots of lovely places to eat.
Definitely a place to return to and explore more of its attractions and activities on offer.
Well worth a visit if you’re a skier or not.

Can be done, does not have to be.

Well, actually a very nice hotel...but it left a lot to be desired in terms of friendliness. I don't know if it's a family business, but the people who "hosted" us were very unfriendly. Even a "good morning" was not answered at all, or only reluctantly. Customer-friendly can be better. Please work on it!
