Top hotel in the beautiful Allgäu region

We stayed for a few nights at the hotel. The amenities of the superior room were very good and it was very clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The rooftop pool is a highlight. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very delicious and varied. We used the underground parking for 17EUR/day. This is somewhat more expensive than the nearby public underground parking (10EUR/day). But in return, you can park your bicycles free of charge and also charge them. You can also take the elevator directly to the floor of your room. All in all, a perfect stay.

...we would have liked to travel to Wangen for the turn of the year. We had booked our stay including half board from 12/30/2026 - 01/01/2027 at the beginning of August. On 08/13, we then received an email from the hotel stating that half board on 12/30 is possible as planned, however, they could not offer it on 12/31, as their New Year's Eve event is taking place that evening. We are welcome to book this for a ridiculous surcharge of €174 per person.
We then got in touch with the hotel and were promised a solution, since we would have been willing in principle to pay a surcharge, but of course not €174 per person. Unfortunately, we never heard anything from the hotel again.....

An all-around successful stay

We had an all-around successful stay. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and accommodating service – the entire team was attentive and warm at all times.
The hotel was also impressive in terms of cuisine: The dinner was very delicious and the breakfast buffet was excellent. In addition to the classic breakfast offerings, there were many special and creative options, so vegetarians and vegans in particular had a large selection.
The rooms are spacious, modern, and stylishly furnished. A small point of criticism is that they are a bit thin-walled. For us, however, that hardly diminished the overall very positive impression.
The price-performance ratio is excellent. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Super

A super nice place, absolutely recommendable....nice rooms, mega rooftop pool we could use it super ....the breakfast was totally productive and super delicious ... and the staff is very very friendly ,from the reception to the cleaner all super nice ...we will definitely come back ..Thanks for the nice we ....

The hotel was lovely. Watch what they charge you for your room rate. They charged us 10EU more than quoted price.
