Super price performance and ingenious location

Very good value for money . Newly renovated, nice rooms, seminar rooms, ideal proximity to Berlin, motorway connection with absolute peace in the forest, dedicated staff and very good cuisine.

There is hardly any cleanliness.

I am a housekeeping manager myself in a private clinic and can say the topic of cleanliness is more than borderline. Dust everywhere (e.g., light bulbs, baseboards, table frames), hair in the bed, on the floor. The shower still has water droplets from the previous guest. In terms of cleanliness, clearly 0 points.

The location of the hotel is right
Well located. Very much nature right outside the door, shopping nearby, as well as some good restaurants. The breakfast is adequate, especially the scrambled eggs were mega delicious. In the evening we had buffet and that too tasted really good, a huge praise to the chef. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and fulfilled all wishes without any problems, a good well-coordinated team. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows and extra blanket. At four stars, I expect by now small fridge in the room. Also the cleanliness was now not perfect, in the hallway dust threads and the shower smelled gambling. But that is complaining at a high level and yet I would check back in any time.

Pure relaxation!

We were now our third guest at the Waldhotel.
We were greeted extremely friendly and were even allowed to our room early in the morning !
Before that we booked a breakfast with it.
The choice and Quality of food was consistently very good every three days.
The room with balcony was clean, the bed comfortable and totally quiet.
Almost eerily silent, no sound was heard at night.
We would definitely come back!
