Never again this hotel.

Room/bathroom were not clean, towels were missing. Water does not get warm. The staff was unfriendly, spoke no German. Left after an hour

Terrible!!!

We were received unfriendly. The hotel smelled like very strong herbs, like you were sitting in an Indian restaurant. We had an apartment in the hotel which would have a balcony overlooking the mountains. Outside were old soaking wet cloth chairs and we looked at a building you could barely sit and was full of weeds. The pictures on the site are definitely not of this hotel. Cold water, power wires all over the floor with no crown stones and no TV. Broken toilet seat, big hole in the wall, windows taped with wallpaper, too many to mention. The owner nowhere to be found so we left.

Not so relaxed

I stayed at Hotel Relax in Wachenroth for one night and unfortunately faced several challenges during my stay.
Upon arrival, there was confusion about my payment. Even after presenting confirmation from Booking.com and my bank, it took some time before the situation was resolved, which created an awkward moment during check-in.
The hotel facilities also had room for improvement. The elevator wasn’t working, and we were on the second floor. One of the mattresses lacked proper support, which led to discomfort. Warm water was unavailable in the evening — although it worked in the morning — which wasn’t ideal after a long day of travel. The TV in the room didn’t function, and the breakfast selection was quite limited, with no fruit options. There was also a noticeable kitchen smell throughout the hotel.
On a positive note, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

As a hotel deficient!

Hotel?
Where are the safety standards?
No escape route plans, no identification of fire extinguishers.
Not a single one of the escape route lights lit up.
Be careful with the rotten railing in the entrance area!
If you lean against it, you're guaranteed to be one floor down on the street...
The elevator didn't work.
The windows jam and open only with difficulty.
In the room was a large fridge which was quite noisy.
The mattresses unfortunately very soft.
In the next room there was still such a noise until well after midnight that you could not sleep.
Breakfast was not very varied. Eggs were just hard-boiled and cold.
I guess we were late for butter. Only after sounding several times after a few minutes were some surly handed over.
All very unsatisfactory, so I cannot make a recommendation.
