Wonderful friendly little hotel!

The team at Paciello rescued us when our other accommodation let us down - nothing too much trouble, wonderful authentic Italian food and great team. Room lovely, clean and comfortable. Offered to make a packed lunch for us to take on our trip home. Highly recommended from my fussy family :-)

Finger weg von diesen Hotel

Zerrissene Bettwäsche, Zimmer mit Spinnweben, abgelaufenen Getränke und Lebensmittel, unfreundlicher Chef der keine Ahnung von Gastfreundschaft hat, Essen gibts nur 1 Gericht es müssen alle das gleiche Essen und war Tiefkühlkost

Der ganze Betrieb muss zunächst einmal lernen, was Service in der Gastronomie bedeutet. Arrogant und Unfreundlich! So fühlt man

Das Essen war ok. Leider bestimmte der Küchenchef was er kochen wollte. Ein kleiner Sonderwunsch wurde erst einmal von ihm ausdiskutiert. Und auch nicht gekocht. Der ganze Betrieb strotzte vor Arroganz.
Schade für solch eine schöne Location.

Individuell geführtes kleines Hotel mit Top Restaurant

insgesamt ein schickes, kleines und sehr persönlich geführtes Hotel.
Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Betten sind bequem, und es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und die Sauberkeit ist tadellos. Unten im Ristorante werden die Speisen frisch, authentisch und schmackhaft in ausgefallenen Variationen zubereitet. Der Service ist Top.
Kurzum, wir fühlten uns hier wie bei Freunden.

uriges kleines Hotel mit Restaurant

gezielt hatten wir dieses kleine Hotel in der Altstadt von Velbert ausgesucht. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Wirtsehepaar war sehr bemüht um uns und es wurde am Abend alles frisch gekocht. Super nett und sehr lecker, es wurde noch ein feuchtfröhlicher Abend. Frühstücksservice sehr gut, es war sehr reichhaltig. Die Zimmer nicht sehr groß,
es war etwas hellhörig im oberen Stock aber sehr gute Betten. Die Dusche sehr gut.
