Super relaxed stay and very nice staff! We are positively surprised:)

We had a great stay at B&K and were totally positively surprised. The modern rooms are even nicer than in the pictures, it was bigger than you know from other hotels, we had a small coffee and tea bar, very comfortable bed. The bathroom and anyway everything was very clean, high quality shower gels and soap (from Rituals). On request we could use the spa area for free and check out later. Breakfast was extensive and very tasty. All in all, great value for money. We would love to come back:)

Watch out, otherwise it was the hotel

It was our first visit to this hotel.
Beds are very comfortable
I find carpeting in the room with dogs however very unhygienic
Behind the room door, there hasn't been any cleaning for some time. A thick layer of dirt/dust lies there.
Shower less suitable for corpulent people-but feasible. Personally, the shower was too slippery.
Faucet bathroom defective
Body lotion dispenser did not work
bathroom little storage space for utensils
Power outage because quote: “someone made the kettle too full”
TV only three programs. 1,2,3. others either sound and no image or still image and sound or black screen
Headboard bed dirty (picture)
Bed on casters, double bed rolls apart
Guests have complained about the unfriendliness of the staff. I can partially confirm.

At a price of over 80€/night plus 12€/night/dog you should be allowed to expect a little more (cleanliness).

Look through the outside and you will find a great hotel especially suitable for friends or family groups.

The hotel looks like an industrial complex on the outside. Inside, the space stands out. Nice thing is that the accommodation has many open spaces where you can sit down and have a nice sit-down with a group with a self-brought snack and drink. This accommodation is very suitable for groups. The large rooms are fine and complete. The beds good be it that I found the mattress a bit hard. The bathroom is simple but complete. The rooms are well clean.
Breakfast is good and complete and is well replenished. Dinner can also be enjoyed in the restaurant. Limited map but price/quality in good order. We found the staff to be helpful.
Overall a price-friendly recommendation especially for groups to recommend.

Excellent hotel.

Very unfriendly reception, no explanation and never greetings. Room and bed well only the window is very high so you can only look out standing up.
Breakfast is good and extensive.
The Mood in the hotel is very unsociable and cannot recommend it to anyone.

A bad experience Vlotho.

Hotel is located in a kind of factory hall. Very big and unsociable.
Rooms are cubic and no window at normal height. Well fully furnished. Pillows were very thin. No second pillow to be found. Buffet dinner is great drama. Little choice and heavily insufficient in quantity. Very bad. Breakfast was good. But the bad experience with dinner plus the entourage and the bad buffet made us cut short our 2 day booking. No more BK hotels.
