Super

Meerdere dagen in dit hotel met vrienden verbleven.
Aangenaam personeel en toffe eigenaars.
Iedere morgen van het lekker ontbijt genoten en meerdere keren goed in het restaurant gegeten.
Heel nette kamers.
Een echte aanrader voor iedereen .

A reasonable experience

Very pleasant room - beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Dinner very reasonable but dining room VERY noisy and made worse when a nearby group arrived with SIX VERY LARGE DOGS! Not against dogs but not in those numbers and size. We left rather than have a dessert under those conditions.
Breakfast very good indeed.

recently renovated room, excellent breakfast, far from city center

We stayed with our two daughters in the family apartment, there are two separate rooms with a bathroom and a small kitchen. Everything was brand new and very clean. There should be free wifi, but even with the help of the hotel staff we did not manage to log on. Also it was strange that of the 3 lamps in the main bedroom only one lamp worked(the staff member noticed this too, but did not offer to change the bulb.. We missed in the rooms a mirror, there was only one in the bathroom. Bathroom was clean but quite small and the shower was without a curtain so that the whole bathroom became wet. There were however enough towels to dry everything. The dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were good and inexpensive. The location is in a suburb of Trier, not close to the city center. The lack of wifi and not working of lamps influenced our rating,

Zimmerreservierung

Obwohl uns telefonisch ein Doppelzimmer zugesagt wurde, wurden wir bei Ankunft schroff darauf hingewiesen, dass eine Reservierung unsererseits nicht stattgefunden habe. Wir hätten irgendwo angerufen aber nicht bei Wollscheid. Ein weiteres Mal wird es uns bestimmt nicht dorthin ziehen. Eine Empfehlung wird dieses "Gast"haus von uns nicht erhalten.

Ruim en functioneel

Wij verbleven in het familieappartement. Het appartement is ruim en net, heel modern aangepakt ook in vergelijking met de misschien eerder gedateerde inrichting van het restaurant (wat dan echter weer wel typisch en ook wel gezellig is). De kwaliteit van bedden en badkamer is prima. Het appartement heeft ook zijn eigen ingang en een kleine keuken, die wij niet gebruikt hebben. Enig minpunt: als na een drukke restaurantavond alles opgeruimd wordt, hoor je dat wel heel goed door de muren heen.
Het ontbijt werd geserveerd in het restaurant. Het aanbod was ruim, zeker meer dan voldoende en lekker. De bediening was ook elke keer vriendelijk.
