Had a wonderful weekend.

Very clean room, excellent breakfast, everything available. Unfortunately, coffee facilities are not in the room but in the shared kitchenette, which was also neat. Good base for many hiking trips. Friendly ladies. Many food and beverage options in the nearby area.

A hidden gem!

Such a lovely hotel! Small, with a few very nice and newly renovated rooms. We had a family room, so spacious with two bedrooms and a large bedroom. Even nicer than we expected. Access to a kitchen where you can buy snacks and drinks. Friendly staff and a great breakfast served mostly at the table. A small village with nice surroundings and restaurants. We were just passing by, but would definately come back and stay more nights. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

very friendly welcome and service, few rooms in an old half-timbered house, rooms renovated, modern and very comfortable, steep stairs, honeymoon suite with terrace, enough parking, castle nearby, connected by a lift

A recommander

Hôtel atypique et super charmant !
La dame qui nous a accueillie est très gentille.
La chambre dans laquelle nous avons logé à énormément de cachet, tout comme le reste de l'hôtel. La décoration est adaptée et faite avec beaucoup de goût.
La cuisine a disposition, avec du thé et du café, est un grand plus.
Nous avons un peu moins apprécié le petit déjeuner. Bon, mais manque de produits sucrés tels que viennoiseries. De plus, proposer des œufs pourrait être un plus aussi.
Petit bémol pour la chambre : cela sent légèrement les égouts dans la salle de bain.
Cependant, nous avons été très satisfaits et n'hésiterons pas à revenir pour un prochain séjour !

Gemütlich und authentisch

Wir waren eine Nacht in der Burgstiege. Das Haus ist ein wunderschönes historisches Fachwerk mit knarzenden Treppen und Balken im Raum. Total gemütlich.
Vor dem Haus plätscherte ein kleines Bächlein was uns eine tolle Geräuschkulisse in der Nacht bescherte.
Es gibt eine kleine Kaffee/ Teeküche, das Bad ist klein aber Tiptop. Sogar mit Spiegelschrank am Waschbecken. Also Stauraum genug.
Alles ist liebevoll hergerichtet. Alte Möbel gemischt mit Ikea, super Bett (keine Besucherritze!)
Das Frühstück war wunderbar. Heimelig, freundlich und lecker. Ein toller Start in den Tag!
Wir hatten das „Pförtnerzimmer“ im EG. Hier merkt man schon, dass das Haus recht hellhörig ist. Da sollte man nicht allzu empfindlich sein. Außerdem war es etwas Fußkalt. Ein Teppich und auch ein Bodenhandtuch im Bad wären schön gewesen, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
