We have had concerns due to the partially bad reviews. But we can't say anything negative. The staff super friendly. The food was also great. The rooms were very clean. At the reasonable prices absolutely recommended. For the people who were not satisfied I recommend a 5 star hotel with everything. We would definitely come back. Thank you very much for the great hospitality.

Nice place - simple but good!

Hotel Haus Hubertus is quietly located in a side street in Schneverdingen. It has ample parking for guests.
The rooms are simple but clean and well maintained. Some rooms have a small balcony where you can sit well.
The breakfast buffet is rich, with plenty of choice and is constantly replenished.
We were particularly positive about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. This made our stay really enjoyable.
We can absolutely recommend the Hotel Haus Hubertus!

Perfectly adequate

Business tour with family. 2 rooms, both fine. The 2 year old got unwell and was sick at breakfast, no one else there at the time and the woman who was in charge was very understanding......
One of our rooms was decorated in a London theme. I would imagine with the looming Brexit fiasco that will soon change.

Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit Servicemängeln

Das Hotel war unsere „Heimat“ für einen Rad-Kurzurlaub in der Heide.
Bei der Ankunft fiel gleich der überquellende Mülleimer am Hotel- und Restauranteingang auf. Die Rezepition war nicht besetzt, aber über Mobilfunk erreichbar. Uns wurde die Zimmernummern genannt, die Zimmerschlüssel steckten. Unser Zimmer im Tiefpaterre war spartanisch eingerichtet und roch ein wenig muffig. Der Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse war von irgendwelchen früheren Gästen gut gefüllt. Der „Garten“ ist eine ungepflegte Wiese, defekte Gartenmöbel Ligen am Rand herum.
Im italienischen Restaurant gab es an diesem 1.Abend nur Pizza (lecker) und Salat. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht sehr umfangreich, aber völlig ausreichend.
An weiteren Abenden waren wir im Ort essen; alles ist zu Fuß oder per Rad gut erreichbar.
Die Fahrradgarage war eine Katastrophe; überall lag Gerümpel herum.
Bei der Abreise wurde die Kartenzahlung in der Küche! durchgeführt. Mit dem Koffer zum nahen Parkplatz vorbei an dem nach 3 Tagen immer noch überquellenden Mülleimer.

Самый лучший отель!

Очень хороший отель! Номер не очень большой, но очень уютный. Есть все необходимое. Завтрак включен, тоже очень вкусный. Персонал внимательный и отзывчивый. Когда мы выселялись, то я забыла кошелек в номере, обнаружили уже когда были дома. Сотрудники любезно согласись прислать его по почте. Через два дня кошелек был у меня, всё в целости и сохранности. Спасибо огромное! :)
