Very comfortable one night stay on way to Austria

Beautiful setting at opposite side of lake from town - very quiet except for the sounds of the cow bells. Beautifully crafted room all in wood. Excellent breakfast - ask for the omelette - delicious!.

Simply perfect

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay at the Anderlbauer.
From the room with a view to the lake, to breakfast everything perfect.
Just fantastic, we will come back next year.
Many thanks to family Markhauser and to the very friendly lady at breakfast.

Feeling right at home.

The location of the accommodation, the quality of the rooms, the friendliness of the operating family is outstanding. We felt at home after a night out. I cannot understand the partly negative reviews. Some citizens disturb themselves by the ringing of bells or cowbells. Nobody can please them. We will definitely come back!

Lots of noise

Bottom line first: Rest and tranquility we did not find there, instead there was a lot of noise.
We had booked the house Brecherspitz. On the first four days, construction noise was caused by dredging (with a tracked excavator!) on the adjacent farm from just after 7 a.m. until late afternoon. On other days, too, the neighbouring courtyard produced a considerable source of noise. It sounded like the stables were squeezed for days. Even on a Sunday, right next to the bedroom at 7:30 a.m., the lawn was mowed by another farm. The house itself looks appealing at first glance. But the seating was too uncomfortable for us for a cozy TV evening.

Worst vacation

A really bad experience. My son was playing on the premises and injured his hand, which had to be treated in hospital. Instead of offering help, we were expelled from the hotel and premises as guests. 0 empathy, 0 willingness to help.
