Terrible pillows and ultra soft mattress and mattress cover. Concept of open shower is also doubtful, but that’s I guess could be a perk for someone
Worse part is no one available after 23:00. Area where you can get coffee and tea locked
Otherwise hotel is clean, convenient, free parking. Staff is friendly and helpful

Fine for short stay

We stayed for an event at the Kulturfabrik in Roth. The location of the hotel is perfect because everything is within walking distance. Parking was free in the public garage. The reception staff was very friendly and efficient. The room seemed modern at first glance, but we felt like it hadn't been occupied for some time. The curtains were torn off and thick dust on TV. The room concept is modern, but apparently no one from housekeeping was involved in the planning, so there are numerous places that are difficult to clean and you can then easily see the dirt as a guest. It's a shame, because otherwise the hotel would really have potential. Breakfast we have not booked due to the high price. We went to a great cafe in the shopping area on the outskirts of town.

Modern rooms and facilities, central location.
Bicycles could be safely deposited. Breakfast buffet can be booked extra, is very versatile. We felt very comfortable

Not so fancy

"Fancy" Hotel... Modern furnishings, few staff, bathroom-flooding showers and plenty of cobwebs and dirt in places that are a bit more difficult to reach but obvious, poor parking, despite other statement closed wellness area. All in all, it's enough for one night.
