Ideal for a short trip with Old Town sightseeing without a car

Hotel is very centrally located in the old town. You can reach almost anything on foot, especially since I was traveling without a car. The room was clean, as was the bathroom.
The mattresses were also very good, for me an important criterion, as was the hot water in the shower - was also very adequate and enough hot. You could shower neatly, pleasantly and thoroughly. There was also a decent hairdryer, I didn't have to take mine with me.
The only small shortcoming was the clairvoyance in the house. But enough tired so that it didn't matter so much to me.

Good Hotel, better location and nice city

Very good location right by the main square and within walking distance of most things, the room was clean and does the job nothing fancy but thats not what we was after. Check in and check out was easy enough you get a text with the front door code and a code for a key safe outside your room door. You have to transfer the tourist tax over before you arrive which was a bit stressful as i forgot until the day before but the hotel was helpful in providing information.
All in all it was a good stay and i would recommend this hotel and also Rostock it is a nice city with friendly people, good food and good beer, we went for Aston Villa’s pre season game vs Hansa Rostock and felt very welcome.

Well located but...

Hotel very well located 100m from the center, in a very quiet area but I'm afraid that's the only positive point.
Hotel literally divided into 3 buildings: reception, rooms and a restaurant-bar not belonging to the hotel where breakfast is served. The bathroom is large and in good condition. The receptionist was welcoming.
Disliked · The room is minimal. I'm 1.70m tall and I think the bed's length limit is a little more than that. The cushion is absurdly tall and large at maybe 10 inches tall. I had to sleep without it and my sleep was affected. There is no communication between the room and reception.

Budget friendly and super clean

The room was big enough and everything was very clean. Bathroom also good size, small but will do. The beds are comfy. Only downside is the noise at the area behind the hotel. In the middle of the night they decided to put out the trash. For the rest, perfect for what you pay.
Not necessary to book breakfast, there are plenty of bakeries around.

Good value for money

The location of the hotel is good in the city center. The rooms are cozy and clean. Breakfast is reasonable. The staff is friendly. However there should be clear instructions how to contact the reception in the off hours. At the end, you cannot arrive always within the opening hours.
