standard hotel with special garden features

We were welcomed by very friendly and straightforward staff (typical for the region) had some very nice traditional German food and beer, the bedrooms was clean and newly renovated, very good shower, good mattress, free Wifi that always worked well. The countryside around is very pleasant - we had come specifically for the New Healing Festival which is only five minutes by car away. But fans of lakes and flat countryside ideal for cycling and peace and quiet would do well there.

More of a worker's accommodation.

We came to the Prignitz to visit relatives and explore the area a bit. The hotel is conveniently located, yet quiet because it is in the middle of nowhere; it is situated next to an industrial park.
For 3 stars, in my opinion, the beds are too uncomfortable and the room furnishings are too worn, but there is nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness.
The restaurant offers a very small menu, but our dinner was always very tasty and plentiful. A little more variety in salads would be good.
I received a simple salad plate upon request, but it is not listed on the menu that way. The breakfast is sufficient, but not attractively presented, and fresh, healthy items are missing; except for a few bell pepper strips and cherry tomatoes, there isn't much.
The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

Basic, a bit outdated but does the job

For a short visit I stayed in this hotel in Falkenhagen. The hotel is a bit outdated. But the rooms are done, the bathroom is clean and the breakfast is good. The staff helps you very well and the pace is always a bit slower in this places. I liked it.

Good for roadtrips

Only stay here if you are on the road, there is nothing to do but sleep. The staff speaks very poor English. No AC, which makes sleeping impossible. Good local wine in bar, and excellent breakfast. No possibilities for charging of electric cars.

Nice place and affordable

Very pleasant staff, good restaurant and nothing overly expensive. There's nothing to do in the immediate area, as it's industrial, so free wi-fi is a nice touch!
The rooms are basic, yet comfortable. The beds remind me of an IKEA-style, with thin mattresses on low-to-the floor bases. Nothing frilly, but still comfy. Amenities are enough for a one or two night stay.
