This modern, 4-star hotel lies between Sanssouci Park and the Cecilienhof palace in Potsdam. It offers large non-smoking rooms with designer bathrooms, free WiFi in all areas and an extensive wellness area.

Great stay
We stayed here for 5 nights while attending a hockey tournament in Potsdam.
The rooms were airy and light and very quiet even with a road next to our side of the hotel.
The room was serviced each day.
Fantastic facilities and as others have mentioned a superb breakfast with such a large variety of food.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
The bar staff were also very busy, but still friendly and fun.
Our only issue is the 28 euro parking fee per day. 140 Euros for 5 days parking is shocking.
This is far too expensive and I noted that most guests park their cars around the area and by the park opposite to save this high charge.
We would return again, but park elsewhere.

The manager had nothing to do during check-in but he still felt more comfy in his chair when people waited in line.
The rooms are like 15 years ago, nothing has changed, so nothing is updated and some furniture could use a bit of repair or replacement.
The location is really nice and there's a lot of space, so it is not all negative. The place just needs an update to 2026.
Either the EV charging station in the parking basement is hidden really well or it does not exist. At least, I could not find it.

Great Value in Great Location!
Well Managed Hotel in Excellent Location. Excellent Value. Older 5 star, maintained. Pool is family friendly . Less than $2.00 a night for 4 nights for pool and spa use. Good breakfast. Dinner is pricey at 35.00 but if you like to eat allot, its a buffet. Food is good but not exceptional like the choices in town. I would definitely stay here again. Staff is knowledgeable of the hotel and atea. They have air-conditioning in the summer which is a must.

It is a wonderful well kept and well priced hotel with great breakfast, nice pool and saunas. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to Potsdam.

The hotel was a bit of a disappointment. I thought I got a good deal from hotels.com at a top rated hotel which included parking, pool and sauna. I was traveling with my son and my mother, and it was important that they had a good experience.
1. disappointment: parking cost 28 euro per night plus a whopping 30 euro to charge the car.
2. disappointment: access to the pool and sauna cost an extra 43 euro
3. disappointment: my son loves swimming but the pool was too shallow to do anything meaningful
4. disappointment: there was no fridge in the room. On a vacation with car it is beneficial to be able to keep some food cold
Conclusion: The hotel has a high standard, service minded staff and a very good breakfast, but didn’t really fulfil my expectations for a stopover on my “car”-vacation.
