Easter 2025

We spent a very nice time in the mountain castle over Easter,
this began with the friendly welcome from the hotel manager.
The rooms very clean quiet and you felt comfortable.
The breakfast very varied and you could enjoy.
For dinner always with starter and dessert (had half board) very imaginative dishes well served and tasty.
The whole time was very pleasant all around and we say thank you very much.

Very nice hotel with a family atmosphere

We spent 3 days with friends over the New Year 2023 in the Erzgebirge hotel "Bergschlösschen" in Pockau and we really enjoyed it. The rooms were very clean and functionally furnished; the whole hotel impresses with its beautiful, tasteful decoration and the kitchen can definitely be described as excellent. We confirmed this to the chef and the owners several times. The house is family-run and the New Year's Eve event in particular was very pleasant due to the manageable number of guests. You could say that there was a very pleasant family atmosphere.
As an additional bonus, the Börner family organized a New Year's hike on New Year's Day that led to the Strobel mill on the Pockau. Once there, there was a snack and mulled wine. This quickly got rid of the New Year's Eve hangover. The breakfast selection was more than plentiful and with our booked half board, dinner consisted of a 3-course menu, which was very tasty. There is plenty of free parking available. We would like to thank the Börner family once again for the three wonderful days and wish them all the best for 2024.

Hier passt alles.

Das Hotel befindet sich ca.15 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Da es in einer Seitenstraße liegt ist es sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingeräumt.Die Verpflegung ist sehr gut. Die in der Nähe liegende Oelmühle ist sehenswert.

Auf den ersten Blick toll, aber die Unfreundlichkeit der Chefin ließ zu wünschen übrig

Hotel nicht Behindertengerecht, kein Fahrstuhl, Zimmer gut aber zu klein, 3ter Stock kleine Fenster, kleines Bad noch mit Hocheinstieg in die Dusche, Dusche leider ohne Antirutschmatte, im Bad keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Utensilien, Fernbedienung ist eine Nahbedienung, Essen war gut, nur leider keine Ausweichmahlzeiten, Frühstück war ausreichend, Getränke zu teuer, Gäste sollten aufpassen das nicht die Bettwäsche beschmutzt wird, Da kann es schon mal passieren, dass die Chefin die angeschmutzte Wäsche im Restaurant auf den Tisch wirft und es unverschämt findet und das vor anderen Gästen.

liegt etwas versteckt

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an der Flöha etwas versteckt. Wollten schnell was essen. Restaurant hatte gerade erst geöffnet aber der Koch war fitt und alles ging ganz zügig. Nettes Personal und sehr gute Küche. Nett eingerichtet; gemütliche Atmosphäre
