We had two nights and we were both impressed by the properties of the hotel and their almost clinical cleaning.
At the same time we met a super friendly staff.
Breakfast was in a class entirely for itself.
Why 5 stars from here

OK hotel, not worth the money
Very nice staff but the building is old and lacks AC and ventilation. Most likely a nightmare to stay here during a heatwave.
Freezing indoor swimming pool but nice sauna

Expandable potential available.

Small cozy hotel. Very friendly staff. Room clean and modern.
Unfortunately, there are also negative ... Breakfast is replenished late or not at all, even if offered until 10.30am.
Wellness area with pool and sauna very cozy unfortunately the relaxation area is not separated and water etc is unfortunately not offered. The wellness area quickly becomes a fun bath as there is no supervision and thus relaxation quickly disappears.

Felt comfortable

Traveled as two friends, active and wellness vacation. We felt very comfortable. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is lovingly prepared and delicious. Everything is clean. Wellness area is nice. Everything is easy to reach from the hotel.

Good location but a hot stay!

This hotel is in a great location in Binz, just a few minutes walk from the beach. We stayed during a particularly hot week, which was unfortunate given the lack of air conditioning. Our room didn’t drop below 28 degrees during our stay and nothing was offered to cool it down. Having said that, the staff were great and breakfast is good! Probably more enjoyable during cooler weeks.
