Our family celebration with an overnight stay took place at the Hotel Saigerhütte. The overnight stay and food were to the full satisfaction of our guests. We are always happy to be guests at the Saigerhütte again and again. The breakfast selection and the friendly staff are also commendable!

Motorcycle vacation in the Erzgebirge

Nice well-run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It is practically part of the open-air museum and wonderfully integrated. The breakfast and the cuisine were excellent.

I will come back

During my ridge hike, I had the opportunity to spend a night at the Saigerhütte.
I was already asked in advance if I wanted dinner/half board, and I was wished a good hike.
The single room was of excellent quality and very cozily furnished. The breakfast buffet offered everything one could wish for, and the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
I enjoyed it so much that I will definitely come back for 4-5 days.

Not recommended for motorcycle groups.

We were at the Saigerhütte as a motorcycle group over Ascension (Wednesday to Sunday).
Despite advertising in the magazine "Tourenfahrer," the hotel was overwhelmed with a group. The ladies in the restaurant on the first evening were not only overwhelmed but also unfriendly... This should not have been the case with better communication from the management; in the other house, there was a suitable room and drinks with a list.
On Saturday, everything was "OK," but at a hotel of this star and price category, we expected better service.
Not recommended for groups.
