Paradise of Offenbach, strongly recommended!
We absolutely LOVED our stay here.
We visited Offenbach for a gig at the ZOOM bar, and this was the closest hotel we could find - it also looked very charming in the photos, so it was an easy pick for us.
We arrived exhausted by our 2 flights, having left home at 03:00 (yes, AM) and arriving at 13:00 (or 01:00 PM), and to our joy, our room was already good to go for us. Check-in was super easy, you can use a terminal or talk with staff.
The room was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with a stovetop, microwave, huge fridge with an ice box, all the possible tools you might need for cooking your meal (AND to clean up after, complete with a dish towel), and oh, the bathroom?
The bathroom is better than in the photos. I have never liked rain-type showerheads, except now. It was pure bliss. ESPECIALLY after the gig!
The beds were 10/10 comfortable, just superb. You also get 2 huge pillows per person, one narrower in shape (perfect for hugging), and one wider pillow, so you've got options without even needing to ask!
Not only was the room spotlessly clean, it was very quiet too. The balcony was a huge plus, it was so wonderful to bask in the early spring sun, having left our much colder, icy, +1 C degree home country.
Everything we needed was within a walking distance, but then again, we walk a lot; the closest store was only 3-5 minutes away.
The room ALSO featured an easy-to-use smart TV, which we used a lot to watch Youtube. Not only that, but the room had a bluetooth-operated night table that would play music from your phone. You could even connect to the bathroom mirror! That's high-tech!
The staff was also extremely friendly and kind!
We tried the breakfast on Sunday, and while it wasn't a huge spread, you could definitely get your stomach full. Moreover, the breakfast was varied with fresh fruits and juices, which gives you an energetic, vitamin-packed start to the day. I had the most unfortunate stomach bug on Sunday, so I really appreciated the lighter breakfast options, actually.
The lobby area features an automated machine to make fresh coffee or hot chocolate with, a dispenser full of infused water, and juice, free to take whenever you fancy it.
All in all, this was an amazing hotel, exceeded all expectations. I would've easily loved to stay for longer.

Perfect for mid to long stays.
Kitchenette in the room, everything you need.
Staff very nice and helpful. My only complaint was parking on the street. Not impossible, but might take fifteen minutes.

Having needed to move out of our Airbnb due to extreme heat with $200 in groceries, Rioca was everything we needed. Having the refrigerator and kitchenette in order to make our own meals, along with some ac (was just cool enough) was the perfect fit. Parking was a little tricky, but we managed to get two spots in the small garage. We are so thankful for their service and couldn’t be happier with our stay for what we paid.

The Hotel was Gorgeous! Clean ! Inviting ! Comfortable! The Hostesses spoke several languages. Communication was easy being from the States . The property was well kept! The coffee bar and fresh cucumber and kiwi water was delicious and refreshing!
Breakfast buffet was fresh delicious such an assortment of breakfast treats . From fresh breads jams fruits. Veggies
Meats cheeses cereals oatmeal’s the list goes on! I can’t say enough good things about this Hotel! And Location is backed up to a river quite safe in a hip new young neighborhood! Great walking biking environment! Highly recommended. Ten minute walk to subway ten minute ride to Frankfurt the people were great awesome stay.
